Beautiful property. Great staff
We had a fantastic time here. The setting was amazing, in the jungle of the Yucatan. The staff was so helpful and attentive. Karla was the best, we LOVE her! She took great care of us at the beach, we felt like family here.

First of all, thank you Fives for an amazing experience. My girlfriend & I have enjoyed the restaurants , beaches, & service you provide. Karla , one of the beach servers, has been such an amazing waitress & needs to be recognized for her work ethic! Love this place and recommend to anyone.
Great time
We had a fabulous time at The Fives .Thank You to Ceasar- our very kind, knowledgeable and super generous Butler! Our evenings were spent dining at excellent restaurants with exceptional food and services. The best restaurant : Sea olive Ko Thai Brasserie Our room was cleaned daily . Beautiful property, excellent food.
We had a wonderful time at The Fives, it was our first time there. We would definitely go back again, but I would want a bigger and better room. We were as far from the beach as could be, but still had a beautiful pool view. We absolutely loved that the property had it's own jungle with monkeys to see! The staff was awesome and friendly. We loved Abraham on the beach-his beverage service was AWESOME! So helpful and friendly all week long! Gustavo and Julian were so fun and friendly at the pool. All the food was terrific. Thanks for a great week!
Best all-inclusive I’ve ever stayed at!
On our way home to Chicago as I’m writing this. Stayed at this resort for 5 days with another couple. I have to say this place is BY FAR one of the best all-inclusive resorts I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms, the food, the staff, the grounds-everything was phenomenal!!!! Our room was very very spacious. We were in a 2 bedroom penthouse suite. The first day they put us in one of the newer buildings and our room was really nice but we moved closer to the plaza area because someone in our group couldn’t walk far so we needed to be centrally located. They moved our luggage for us and everything. The restaurants were AMAZING. The seafood so fresh and delicious. We loved every restaurant. They ALL were very good. The staff was really really nice and we saw grounds keepers working all day every day landscaping. We LOVED the nature trail through the cenote. We saw monkeys, turtles, a wild pig, birds, and a few other animals that I’m not sure what they were. The fitness room was outstanding also. Equipment top notch. Only 1 slight complaint, but not enough to deter us from going back: Needs more nightly entertainment. They had “shows” at night in the plaza area but they only lasted maybe an hour max? But then nothing after that. It would have been nice at night to listen to a live band or a DJ in the plaza area at least until 10:30 or 11:00 pm. And with no disco here (it got destroyed in a hurricane I think someone told us) after 9:00 pm-ish, there was literally nothing to do. Just would have been nice to sit around the plaza and listen to live music and enjoy the wonderful weather and a cocktail and even dance a little bit. However, I’m not sure if the lack of entertainment was due to Covid. This place was outstanding and we will definitely be back!
