Lovely rooms and excellent location

Very good location, beach is very close. Service was excellent and very fast, everybody speak good english, and last day they really did their best to help us to get on airport. Even near is many clubs and very loud music at eveningtimes, in your room you can’t hear any noise that is amazing.

When I stayed there I reported several damages including a uncovered circuit breaker, cracked sinks, and peeling wall paint. Never was I offered to be transferred to a better quality room or a discount for the inconveniences. Also the jacuzzi on the main floor never got hot. I have attached pictures of the conversation as proof that they were made aware of the damages but chose not to change my room. An unconverted circuit box is a fire hazard. When you arrive take pictures of everything. Will not be returning

Amazing Stay!

My husband and I spent four amazing nights at Villas Sacbe. The location was perfect as it was steps away from some of the best restaurants in Playa del Carmen. The property is small but quaint. We loved having the pool just steps away from the back door of our condo. Speaking of the Condo # 104-it was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Air conditioning worked perfectly and no issues with shower - temperature or water pressure. Special acknowledgement to the security at this condo. We always felt safe. Every evening when we returned before we reached the entrance to the property, our security guard would have the door open for us and were greeted with a smile. The food at Plank - we ate there twice - was amazing. The service equally matched. The staff at check in were lovely and very helpful. I see a few reviews that indicated noise was an issue. This was not the case for us. Honestly, it was hot so we left our AC on as well as the fan and our sleep was not affected. We didn't need the maid service daily but on the days they were in to clean, they did a great job. Lastly, our drivers to and from the airport were a complete delight. Highly recommend using the condo's service. They were prompt and a wealth of information. You sure can't beat private transportation. We loved it so much that we are planning our return trip. Go here, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two weeks in August 2018 and were so impressed with the accommodation, area and service from CondoHotels. The property was perfect with plenty of space, clean and the rooftop jacuzzi was a dream! The club noise can be heard but really didn't bother us, especially after a long day out in the sun etc. We will definitely be returning here in the future. Cheers!

Villas Sacbe Condo Hotel and Beach Club Playa del Carmen Amazing location, beautiful vibe 580945935 Guys this place is honestly amazing. My boyfriend and I rented a beautiful cozy one bedroom penthouse. It surpassed our expectations and management is highly professional and always willing to help. I love how safe it feels in this area. On top of this you step out of the condo units turn right, step right in the middle to the incredible nightlife. I LOVED listening to the music at night, I know not all might feel the same but it was truly a dream. The home was well kept and I am definitely coming back!!! I did a little apartment tour because I have to share this place with the world!
