La habitación es simplemente perfecta, buen tamaño, cocineta equipada con los necesario, comodo, amplio, limpio, el desayuno excelente ... muy bien ubicado ... un sitio para volver y recomendar !! Tienen hotel 4 estrellas, y pensión de 3 estrellas, nosotros nos quedamos en la pensión y estuvo super !!
Good price-performance ratio
We had a 2 room apartment for a very good price. The rooms were big and clean with a kitchenette. Breakfast was included- it was pretty good. Some cheese, ham, yoghurt and and vegetables. I can recommend this place for a inexpensive stay.
Great
We had a small suite - clean and comfortable - on a quiet street in residential area Took one city bus from nearby train station and walked through the woods near railway tracks - took less than thirty minutes even with the walk - establishment is spread out along a city block in different buildings, restaurant, reception and our room. We ate supper at the restaurant, prices very reasonable and portions large. Breakfast is included in our room rate.
Big problem with security
I traveled almost everywhere, I stayed in almost all hotel, hostels, campsites ... But this was definitely the worst of my life !!! At midnight, at Penzion U Gigantu entered a large group of totally drunk men screaming, ringing furniture, kicking all the doors, loud music ... We stayed in this hell until 4 AM, desperately trying to call the phone from the Penzion U Gigantu without any response . How to call police officers if you are in a country with a language other than yours? It is a serious problem for the Penzion U Gigantu not to have a 24 hour phone. If we had a problem with water leakage, electric or if the key to the apartment was broken? Who to call? We did not catch the attention of this group of men because we were 2 women and we were very scared because they were out of control. When the receptionist was confronted, she said the problem was not hers and the boss was not on the premises. I paid to sleep instead, spent the night terrified. I paid for a service that was not delivered properly. This penzion U Gigantu does not have the minimum of respect with the clients. For the least it would be to have an emergency telephone. And now???
good for overnight stay
Rooms are clean and newly furnished. Bathroom has a spacious shower. Fridge and microwave and small cooktop included. Reception and breakfast service was nice and pleasant. Price value is ok. Only one downside was the street noise, people screaming at each other at midnight, cars noise in the early morning… overall it was ok one night stay.
