Estuvimos durante 8 dias en este hotel situado en Pointe- Claire cerca del aeropuerto . Las habitaciones son grandes , espaciosas y modernas. El desayuno es correcto, las colas para las tortillas y huevos son largas sobre todo en fin de semana. Y tampoco son muy buenas demasiada grasa al hacerla. Tienen también bebidas de 5.30 a 7.30 tanto para adults como niños . El parking es grande y el hotel esta cerca del centro comercial Fairmont y supermercado iga

The customer service (especially the breakfast staff) is exceptional. The breakfast buffet choices and the made-to-order egg station are wonderful! The hotel also gives you 2 complimentary drinks in the large, well-designed lounge each evening from 5:30-7pm. The room was very clean and well-stocked. No sight of any bugs, whatsoever. I was grateful for the 2 desktop computers in the lobby as I did not wish to use an unsecured wifi connection (and the printing was no charge.) The shuttle bus driver was very friendly, and he always had a smile - I enjoyed practising my French with him - a very nice man! Unfortunately, the shuttle bus was out of service on the morning I needed to return to the airport, so the front desk staff ordered me a complimentary taxi, instead. The only negative thing I will say is that the young woman with long dark hair at the evening desk does not smile. She was not a friendly person.

Terrible hotel, do not stay here, ne reste pas ici, there are nicer and closer hotels to the airport.

Front desk staff very rude. Didn’t recognize us as diamond members. Didn’t receive our diamond member benefits. Seems like loyal diamond membership doesn’t mean anything to this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will not stay here again. It is far from airport and the hotel shuttle doesn’t run very late so when we called for the shuttle there wasn’t one, so we had to pay for a taxi to get from airport to hotel.

Great stay rooms were excellent close to shopping staff were excellent the ready to order breakfast was amazing the chef made it spot on she was great a bit confusing with the two tip jars we left the tip on the table but there was also a tip jar at the hostess stand gabby at the bar was amazing

Our flight canceled and we had to scramble to find a hotel. Thankfully it has a free shuttle, but it's 25min drive no traffic. Nowhere near the airport. Paid $425 a night for a room!! The hotel is completely remodeled. Restaurant with very slow spotty service. 8 overpriced items on the menu. Front desk older male employee could barely understand what he was saying. Room 302 faces hwy. Very noisy, but they give you ear plugs. Breakfast included. There is very little choice connecting through Montreal and all way overpriced. Stick with Toronto!
