You will not get any closer to the famous Florida sands than Wyndham Royal Vista, located right on the beach. The resort features two swimming pools and a children's pool where you can sunbathe, splash and play the day away. Take the kids to the resort’s playground. Great resort right on the beach

What a nice resort! We had a 1 br Deluxe and were so pleased. The condo was spotless. We had an amazing wrap around deck that afforded us amazing few of the ocean. The deluxe had 2 full baths, king in bedroom along with a jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking too. Two pools both unheated plus a kiddy pool. You can use a heated pool and hot tub at an adjacent property. They have a Cafe though we didn't go there as we were doing our own cooking. We did; however, frequent the Tiki Bar right there on the beach. It is part of the resort. A couple of days there was live music. Got a chance to meet locals and visitors. Great place to socialize. Beach was clean but the surf was pounding due to high winds. There is a place right on property to rent kayaks; paddle boards; wave runners; beach cairs and cabanas. The staff were all very friendly and went out of there way to be helpful. Great location too, easy walk to restaurants.

Nice Resort, No Lifeguards, Beware of Club Reps on 9th Floor

We stayed as Club Members this October for an extended weekend. The hotel staff and receiving Club check-in team were very nice and accommodating. We decided to do a club update here for which they claimed it would be 1hr., it ended up being 2hrs 30mins by the time we just could not take it anymore. Our person started out nice and ended up extremely pushy, and demanding. Basically they try scare tactics to get you to buy a minimum of 300K additional points at almost $80K dollars! They try telling you that room availability won't exist to you in the future unless you fork over the cash....it got really bad. Word to the wise, stick with what you have unless you just have cash laying around, and they can't force you to go to these updates here in FL. It is totally optional, so I recommend passing at this place! The resort itself was nice, we had a great corner room with a wrap around balcony and two bathrooms. There is a café on site from 10-3 that even has Starbucks coffee. There are 2 pools and a Tiki Bar on the beach. The beach is nice, but no lifeguards on duty and has a reef out just past the buoy line for snorkeling or diving (Bring a dive flag). The Deep Restaurant next door has great food, everywhere else you will be driving to. Ft. Lauderdale is just a few minutes away.

Fantastic Visit!

From pulling up to the front entrance, to check-in, to the towel attendant(Latoya), to the Tiki bartender and all the staff we encountered, this has been a TOP NOTCH experience! It is evident that the staff is well-trained and all enjoy their jobs...it shows in every greeting and service. The pool and beach access is super easy and clean. The ONLY negative to this property is the beach vendor(Under the Sea)...the workers are borderline surly and not welcoming at ALL. Switch out that vendor and this would be an absolutely EXTRAORDINARY property! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice Beach Resort

Stayed here for 2 nights and wish I could have stayed longer but there was no availability for my dates. We stayed in a 2 bedroom city/Oceanview. Loved this place. Staff were very nice. I will definitely be back here. Plenty of parking for guest and visitors.

Covid Unsafe

We liked this resort - its location and our spacious 2 bed apartment BUT we were spending the last three nights of an extended trip and felt very covid--unsafe which was a particular worry as we would need a negative covid test in order to fly home. Every other resort we stayed in had a mandatory mask requirement inside and particularly when using the elevator as corporate policy. Except here. And very few guests wore a mask if they didn't have to. So what is the point of having a hand sanitiser in the elevator when all the other 'travellers' packed in with you are breathing all over you! Even the staff using the elevator generally had their mask pulled down to their chin. We generally used the stairs (from the 8th floor) to get down, or wait for an empty 'carrriage' but you weren't able to access the stairs to go up without asking for the door to be unlocked!! So who is responsible if we fail the covid test, get stuck in quarantine for 10 days and have to buy a new flight several times more expensive??? We are fully vaccinated so done everything we possibly can to protect ourselves.
