I have been an owner from the beginning (1995) and stayed here personally many, many times and it never disappoints. Having a corner unit on the top floor is the greatest experience you can have in this resort. The master suite in this unit is bigger than many apartments and even has its own hot tub and private balcony. With the wrap around balcony off the main living area the views of the ocean, intercoastal water way and the surround area are amazing. They operate a yacht used for dinner cruises down through the intercoastal water way where you can see some amazing celebrity homes and an ocean fishing boat. I have seen it go through multiple upgrades. Units are very spacious and management is world class. Some of the people I have dealt with have been there many, many years. For the times I have rented this unit to others including family, I have almost always been contacted the following year by the renters to see if it is available because they loved staying here and want to come back. Sister properties are amazing also and share most all their amenities including golf. I can guarantee if you stay here you wont be dissapointed....Enjoy

I would recommend everyone to stay in this resort. Resort staffs are very friendly and co-operative. House keeping was great. Nearby area has lots of good places to dine-in. The private beach is very clean having lots of activities.

Beautiful apartments near beach

Well equipped, stylishly modern apartments which are very spacious. Well located, very near to beach and sea, local attractions and all other amenities. Super friendly accommodating staff working hard to please guests. One of the nicest timeshares we’ve ever stayed in. Only slight downside is since new building erected alongside, pool is often in shade. However, pool at sister timeshare across the road has two large pools available for use.

We stayed here for a family vacation and had a great time. The resort was very clean and well maintained. The resort staff was very friendly. The concierge staff, Cyndi and Roxanne, recommended good restaurants and fun activities to do during our stay. They did have a little bit of construction going on during our stay which was a bit annoying. However, we weren’t home much during the day to let it bother us. It was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the sister property, Royal Vista. I would highly recommend this location for a fun beach vacation.

Great Beach Resort, Very Clean

Had a great week relaxing at the beach, this Santa Barbara location is a little smaller so you truly get personalized service. A call to the front desk is handled immediately. All employees are very nice and friendly. Fitness facilities, big pool deck, clean BBQ area with high end grills.
