The beds were comfortable and the desk space with fridge and microwave was convenient. I had booked a week + here but unfortunately had to leave after only 4 days. The hotel is under renovation, possibly from the hurricanes? BUT it smells like mildew EVERYWHERE. So much so that I had to leave early as it was making me sick. I asked the girl at the front desk why it smelled so bad and her response was "I dont know ma'am". They clearly sustained some water damage that needs to be addressed. In my four days at the hotel, the maid did not come to my room ONE time. After 2 days, I requested to the front desk that the maid please come clean my room the following day. I was told they were understaffed and only had one maid so they were focusing on new guest check inns but that she would come, never happened. While that's all fine and dandy, its also NOT The customers concern. They also abruptly stopped serving ANY breakfast, even grab and go right after I checked in due to "COVID-19". So I essentially paid for four nights in a hotel that was supposed to include maid service, and a free breakfast every day but got none of that. The front desk staff was nice enough but I cant get past the terrible smell and the lack of maid service.

I checked in on the 8th to a dirty bathroom, dirty room and loud tvs. The second night was even better! NO housekeeping and more loud tvs and a bonus hollering down the hallway. But wait, there’s more! The third night I maybe slept 3 hours today with the noise and you guessed it, NO HOUSEKEEPING! I stayed 3-7 days at this place going back 4 years and never had this sort of experience. Yep, I had 2 weeks booked and checked out- absolutely appauling and the best part, the excuses about how dirty this place was- wow. Maybe if the GM wasnt an absolute witch and they actually paid their employees better, they would attract better employees and not recieve reviews like this one. A 1 star experience is way too generous.

good quality at affordable price. everything was clean, staff very friendly and breakfast selection sattisfying. can recommend this motel as everything provided is inline with the price to be paid. go for it.

Horrible! The so called manager Caroline Brosig is rude and disrespectful! They charged my card twice and WILL NOT refund my money! She screamed and yelled at me over the phone and refused to fix my problem. She then put another lady on the phone because I guess she got tired of yelling and put it on someone that's below her. It's sad and childish. DONT RESERVE ROOMS THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

room size good for one person. always enough parking and staff was very helpful. printer did not work so they printed out what i needed in their office so thank you for that. roofing was happening but not too noisy except one day for about 1 hour. very nice staff. did not get clean pillowcases after i turned in two.
