Marriott HQ could do themselves a huge favor by sending there C level employees to this property. They could learn quite a lot.
I am so impressed with this Marriott Property. As a
Titanium Marriott Rewards Member (89 nights 2021)
I stayed at this property frequently in 2020. Relatively new naturally the property was very clean.
I remember being impressed with the Housekeeping staff being so attentive to my needs. I was disabled and needed the staff to help me frequently.
Monique,Juanita, Olga, Valentina Lindsey and Raquel were great. And Jackie always had my room serviced around my medical appointments. Always with a smile and thanks.
Also the maintenance staff was great. Frank jump started my car. I wasn’t physically ready or able. I was going to an appointment and being late would have been awful. Ty Frank.And he wouldn’t take money…
And the Front Desk staff was great. The most helpful was Ashley.
Moving forward 8 months later… This Towneplace is still clean as if it was just opened.
I immediately noticed that the young lady at the Front Desk is still there with her smile. She ( Ashley) welcomed me and thanked me for all the loyalty to Marriott. And she had already blocked my favorite room. Her kind words for me really makes you forget that your away from home.
Also I can’t forget to compliment Meg for her encouraging words as I walked by her on my way to dinner. These ladies are an asset and they are so appreciated.
I need to give a quick plug to Tasha and her housekeeping staff....Many are still at property.Valentina, Monique, Juanita, Lindsey and Raquel....just so friendly, efficient and willing to do more then expected.
And once again Jackie goes beyond for me.
In closing, this great staff can’t be this good w/o excellent leadership. ThankYou Molly.

Great service and very clean. I will return when I am in St Lucie on business. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store close by. I chose to cook in my room and it was a nice change from a traditional hotel room.

This was a very nice hotel. Clean, friendly and affordable. Front desk staff were very nice. Room was very clean. The pool area was pretty sweet. Nice furniture and lounge area, barbecues, fire pit, etc. We will be back!

I am so impressed with the ability of so many employees to engage with me during my stay. I can't thank them enough for there kindness and desire to make sure I am satisfied.
I have never seen a group of housekeepers work so well....Valentina, Olga, Monique, Juanita, Raquel....just so friendly, efficient and willing to do more then expected.
Beware of FLEAS

I visited over the recent Labor Day weekend with my two cats. I happily paid the $100 pet cleaning fee they requested at check in thinking they must clean and treat the room between guests to prevent the unfortunate situation I endured. My two purebred Persian cats whom are strictly indoors at home were eaten alive by fleas in this hotel. One kitty was scratching quite a bit and chose to sleep in the chair instead of on the floor. My older kitty, (14 years old) was vocal, restless and climbing up on the little shelf in the bathroom but sadly, I didn’t put two and two together. None of the fleas actually bit us (the humans), so I had no idea why they were acting so unusual. I attributed their strange behavior to them being in unfamiliar territory. After getting back to Miami, I noticed the flea dirt in their carriers. I had to take them to their groomer and spend $150 for flea treatment (baths and medication). I also had to bomb my home to ensure it didn’t become infested by fleas. After dealing with this nightmare, I called the hotel and reported the situation to the manager (Allison). She said she would check the room and call me back. She contacted me today and claimed that they didn’t find any fleas in the room. I find that hard to believe as my babies were covered in fleas. She refunded my pet fee, but did not feel obligated to refund me the $150 I spent on flea treatment when their failure to clean/maintain the rooms properly resulted in this situation. You have been warned. Stay away from this place.
