Me explico todo lo que nesecitaba a comparación de la persona que me atendió en el teléfono fue muy ruda 🙄deberían tener alguien que hable Español o que tengan más paciencia para atender en el teléfono.

Extremely welcoming people at front desk: Johana and Joel!! Thank you for your warm and friendly service. Felt like at home! They suggested attractions to visit and places where to eat - all 5 stars! Very comfortable rooms - awesome beds for a much needed rest. Delicious breakfast. A place to return!

Disappointing Service

We have started to travel to Portland again since the pandemic and choose the Hyatt near Lloyd Center to stay rather than our usual downtown hotel. We had one request from the front desk in the morning after out first night stay. Please make the bed and change the towels. When returned at 8:00 pm, nothing was done by the staff to our room. When I completed the Hyatt's questionaire about our stay and mentioned the above, I received a form letter reply not addressing the issue. Poor service.

The hotel was excellent, nice modern rooms. The bed was too soft and worn out so I had to switch rooms and then the bed seemed to be better. The first one sank in the middle and I was unable to sleep. It would have been nice to have more food options inside the hotel for dinner since you did not feel comfortable venturing out too much around the hotel in the evening.

Big surprise. No one mentioned this on check in. You can't blame this on Covid. Good location, although, I was on the 14th floor and could hear the street noise clearly. The shell of a good hotel however, with a few exceptions at the front desk, void of service.
