Website description very misleading. This was not a nice hotel. Rooms were marginal at best. Front desk service was not welcoming or friendly. Pool was okay and hot tub out of service. Breakfast was mainly packaged foods. We would not stay here again.
Air conditioning doesn’t work. Rude manager

Air conditioning doesn’t work. It is 100+ outside. Wife and I are in our underwear trying to sleep. Manager is rude when we ask to get another room. Says he will send someone to look at it. No one came. Absolutely a dump.
AWEFUL, OVERCHARGED, FIGHT TO CORRECT

WOW! What a nightmare! Watch your bank statements, if you stay here. Went to Post Falls on a quick weekend trip to support a friend who found out she has stage 4 brain & lung cancer. Booked this motel cause it was 6 mins from the venue and Right off the freeway. I knew since we were going over the pass that we were going to be getting in late so I called about 3pm and let them know we would be in around 11 pm or midnight, after finally picking up the phone and being quite short he said as long as it was before midnight no worries. So about 11:30pm we called again as we were 30mins out and would arrive right at midnight or a few mins later. When we arrived she checked us in and asked for a card for incidentals I verified with her just for incidentals as I did not want any charge to go on that card and reminded her that we had already paid a month previous thru booking.com. Our room was ok, little smelly for a non-smoking. We checked out the 14th and headed back home. On the 15th I got a notice that my card had been charged for the 2 nights. I contacted the manager and he proceeded to lie to me and tell me that booking.com gave him my debit card to charge. Thing is they didn’t have the cc he charged, it was a different one, it was the one I gave them for incidentials. He claimed only charged once and contact booking.com. 5 days of back and forth between booking.com and red lion post falls both blaming each other, meanwhile here I am with 2 charges for the same trip. Call the motel 50 times a day either get an answering machine with it's full message and hangs up or just ringing till my provider tells me to give up. Finally got a cell #. Where is customer service, I provided both cc statements with the charge from booking.com and the charge from red lion, the invoice, and everything asked and still here we are 8 days later and still nothing. SO BEWARE! CHECK YOUR CC If YOUR BOOKED THRU OTHER VENDOR AND STAY HERE.
Good place. Surprisingly clean and sweet for a price cheaper than motels nearby

Bad reviews are not true at all. This hotel is clean, nice & quite. Friendly & nice Staff. Convenience store right next to the motel. Everything was great. Rates are also very good. Would definitely recommend this motel.
Dreadful. Lots of detail, but I recommend reading if you want a comfortable and quiet stay.

The one star is giving credit to the team members who were gracious while I was there. Unfortunately they are not empowered to resolve issues. Entrance/Exit on the backside of the building where my room was located unsecure as guests kept propping it open with rocks. The doors banged through the evening as the rocks "caught" the door as the parade of people came and went... and came and went and came and went. Upon check in, I had hoped to warm up some items I brought along to eat, however when I went to warm my food in the microwave, it was not working. I called the desk for a new microwave to be delivered around 7pm. 30 minutes later, I went to the desk and was told that they would personally deliver it with a follow up call indicating that the supervisor said it would be morning before I could have this delivered. As I settled in for the night, I moved a chair closer to the bed and found a sock under the chair. Several times throughout the night there were loud guests and slamming doors that interrupted my sleep. The last straw was at 4 am when what seemed to be a domestic dispute erupted and likely disturbed the whole wing, in fact, someone was sleeping in the car next to mine with the car running. Exhausted and weary, I loaded up and started the 2nd half of my 12 hour drive home.
