Have returned to this hotel again, I requested a room at the rear of the hotel as it is quieter at night, we like the window open, the front rooms overlook the main road and trams tend to crank and squeal all night. We were given a room at the back on the 4th floor which was just right. When darkness came we had a view of all the illuminated buildings, what more could you ask for, a room with a view and at the back of the hotel. The rooms are basic, just somewhere to rest the weary body after all the walking, but they have a tv ( if that is your want) you can request a kettle (would suggest taking extra tea or coffee with you as they are not quick to refill supplies) however the rooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast bar caters for all nationalities , so some unusual choices, full English is interesting, fortunately it is self service, so you can opt out of different items, but there is enough food available to satisfy all hungry visitors. There is a bar. All the staff from reception, bar, catering and house keeping are very friendly and helpful . We have stayed here for several years and will be going again next year.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Atlantic and enjoyed our experience!! The room we were in was HUGE, clean and very comfortable. The location is incredible, right next to public transit and a short walk to city center. Many restaurant options and shopping opportunities in the area as well. The staff was friendly, and there was a bar available. All in all, enjoyed our stay!! Thank you, Atlantic!
Great Location, nice hotel

i would have given the Hotel Atlantic 5 rating had it not been for the very unhelpful receptionist on our arrival/1st night. to be fair it is usual in any grade of hotel not to have a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities in the UK, on asking we were asked 'did you request on'..mmmmmm not quite the high standard of hospitality. however all other receptionists and staff in the hotel were extremely helpful, as this was our 1st visit to prague it was very appreciated. the room was suitable for a couple, could have done with a few more shelves for clothes, but as we were only there for 3 nights it was fine. the room was clean and well maintained, shower was excellent. breakfast, i have to say was plentiful and enjoyable. all in all and taking away the issue with a kettle we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would definitely recommend it, its closeness to the Old Town Square, Charles IV bridge etc and the local transport network makes it an attractive option to stay when in Prague.
