Every part of the hotel looks amazing! The pool is big and beautiful, with clean and warm water. I want to point out how kind the staff is. The girl and the boy from the reception were very kind and answered all of our questions, and asked to help with the luggage. The boy took us to our apartment. They are always with a smile on their faces. Special greetings for the boys from the pool bar! They're doing great work, they are very, very polite, the way they treat you, makes you feel special. Very nice place! I totally recommend! Many thanks to all of you, guys!

Clean, modern and comfortable.

Stayed here end of May beginning June 2022. We had a very large room, very clean with comfortable bed and good shower ( room 101 ). The room had a very large fridge which was great since there is a very high standard supermarket less then a 10 minute drive away. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast meal was also of a very high standard. On quiet days it was even cooked on an individual basis. The pool area was very clean and peaceful with a good drinks service. We thought in general the staff were of a high standard. We visited Vonitsa,Nicopolis and its museum. Also Vranchos, Lichnos and Parga which had wonderful beaches. Preveza old town and marina is good for drinks and meals out in the evenings, I particularly liked the Ambassador restaurant. I was really happy to track down and find the August' victory monument (Battle of Actium ) We used Christos at Enterprise car hire at Prevaza airport who was excellent also.

Too many pool rules for a holliday

For a 4 star hotel there were to many rools regarding pool time. If i knew that i will come with children specially for a pool hotel and it will be impossible to use it , i would try to find another one without pool, in the center of the city Fixe time for pool 11-19 during the day We arrive at 19 hour… too late first day Second day we took normal breakfast9 o clock and ask at 10.40 if we can go to the pool They told us no possible becouse pool boy will arrive at 11 . For a pool with maximum 1.80 high Very very hard … to many regulation for a holliday We didn t wait untill 11 to came the pool boy , we left to a beach In my opinion … bad rules for hour pool in a holliday

Fabulous hotel with great pool. We had a loft room which was great for the kids. Beds were super comfy. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - recommendation for the dolphin trip and best places to visit in Preveza. We didn’t have a car but just a quick taxi ride into town.

We were 3 nights at DaLuz! The pool is beautiful and the room is nice with confortable bed! On the other hand, you can only use the pool from 11:00 to 19:00 what is really not good when you are on vacation! Anyone from outside can use the pool for 5 euros! Every day there were groups of young people! They would spend the entire day at the pool and i did not see them going to the toilet - so i guess they were using the pool as toilet! Also the waiter (one of them) was really unpolite! My son dropped some food during the breakfast and this woman told him to clean it! My kids were almost afraid of het! The manager walks around and only say Hello to the Greak people! Conclusion: the hotel is ok the price but we did not have the best time!
