Full of ants
Reviewed 27 october, 2021
This hotel was atrocious. It was late and we needed to sleep. The hotel room was full of ants! There was a strong odor in the room as though they were trying to hide the smell of something bad. The paint was peeling off the walls. The outlets didn't work and half the lights were out. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the bathroom, when we asked they said they were out. Their breakfast consisted of bread and bagels. Not recommended. Probably needs to be condemned.
Do not stay here

We needed a place to stay for the night and booked this hotel online, after finding that a number of hotels nearby were fully booked. The lobby looked fine, but the rest of the place, from hallways to elevators and our room, was dirty and clearly not maintained at all. It was gross. We made the mistake of booking a non-refundable rate, as we couldn't find a way to book with a refundable rate. It is clearly below Wyndham's standards.

We booked this hotel because we noticed it was owned by Wyndham. We were so shocked at how disappointing it was. Dirty, unfinished rooms, broken clock, outlets did not work properly, 1 option at the grab and go breakfast, hotel outdoor locks broken, people entering and exiting the building at all hours of the night, nonstop. Unsafe and unclean. This hotel should not be open for business in the shape it is in. Sad.
Desperately in need of renovation

The Days Inn in Princeton, Ill is slowly dying. The paint is peeling, the glass side door is cracked, apparently by somebody trying to break it, the floors are decaying, the carpets stained, the bathrooms ratty. The dead swimming pool and spa are appropriately "shaded" by two dead trees and a broken lamp post. Go somewhere else.
Dirty dirty dirty!! This hotel was rundown & clientele questionable

This place is rundown & filthy! Cobwebs & dirty floors, hairs in between sheets, no outlets by bed for the alarm clock that was there or for our phones. Shattered glass by side entry way. Questionable clientele outside hanging around doors/parking lot smoking marijuana. Only thing good I can say is it was right off I-80 & quiet.
