My friend and I stayed at the Caribe Deluxe Princess from March 15 - 22, 2023. It was amazing!! We were so impressed with the recent renovations, the friendly staff, and the beautiful grounds! It was my first time to the Dominican, and I will definitely return! The idea that your bracelet contains a chip to access your room is brilliant! One less thing to carry around! The beach is so gorgeous! I walked about an hour each day in either direction and I think this one was the best I saw. Lots of erosion in front of other resorts. A little bit of seaweed, but nothing to prevent us from enjoying the beach and the stunning water! So fun to play in the waves!!! The staff is extremely hardworking and cheerful! The grounds are clean and lovely. We enjoyed the serene walk from our building to the lobby. Lots of pretty flowers, plants, birds, and reptiles to spot! We also appreciated the trolley that did the loop around the property throughout the day. We always found something to eat at the buffet for breakfast and lunch . . . you won’t starve! Jordany made awesome omelettes and the fresh fruit was delish! We tried all the a la carte restaurants (except for La Cava). Our faves were Tao and Nopal. We had a bit of trouble booking through the app, but the staff at reception helped us make reservations. We loved grabbing a frappuccino every morning too. Shoutout to Walli at the pool bar and all the animation staff! Their energy is contagious and you can tell they love their jobs! We loved having a drink in the lobby between dinner and the nightly entertainment. So many cute spots to sit! The decor in all the restaurants is really great! My only suggestion is that it would be nice to know what shows are scheduled for the evening entertainment. We couldn’t find that info posted anywhere. We were in awe of the Michael Jackson show! Be sure to check it out! Also, I think management needs to inform guests NOT to feed bread to the birds. I spotted at least one duck with “angel wing syndrome”, and it was so sad, as this is totally preventable. Please don’t feed bread to waterfowl!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic Stay & Clean Resort

We travelled from Canada during mid-March and had a fantastic stay at Caribe Deluxe Princess. Food, beach, and service was terrific. There are some negative comments on here from individuals that travelled during the same time frame and we did not experience any of what these reviews stated. The level of English by those is more than satisfactory (remember that we are guests in their country), the main buffet was much better than expected, and the water in the pools and ocean were very comfortable. We also had no issues booking A La Carte's and ate at one each night. Special shout out to Nopal (Tex-mex) and Frappuccino (Coffee & bakery shop). We experienced exceptional food and service at both of these spots. Also would like to recognize the Kanalla Sports bar and the Beach House bar (snacks and drinks) for the great time we had there as well. Overall, we had an extremely enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The resort is beautiful, easy to navigate, and very clean.

Beautiful resort, love the open sides lobby/buffet buildings with thatched roofs. 3 great pools and a super beach. The buffet, restaurants were great. Staff was wonderful and a special shout out to Joey and the staff at the sports bar.

This resort is amazing. Gilare (part of the entertainment team) was awesome! I definitely recommend this resort if you’re looking for an all-inclusive. The food, drinks and vibe are worth the price!!!

The best hotel in Dominican Republic, staff, location, food, sites everything. The animation team were the best especially Diana, the games the shows the pool were incredible! It’s a must see destination! 5 star!!❤️❤️
