Showers are difficult and no sound proofing
Stayed here as part of G Tours. There is no heating or cooling in the room, simply four walls with an entrance door which had cracks in it allowing light to come through. There was a private bathroom which was modern. As you’re in a cloud forest it rains a lot so everything was damp and nothing dried since there is no air movement, not even a fan. When we went to bed the sheets were damp as it rains so much. When showering the hot water would randomly stop leaving ice cold water pelting down for different lengths of tome, up to a minute. This similar thing happened while using the sink to wash our hands, the hot water would either stop or reduce to a trickle and you’d be left with cold water wondering when / if you would get any more warm water. After staying here we are now able to tell everyone about the children of the people in the next as we could hear the conversation. I’m not talking about hearing muffled voices, we could clearly hear the words of the conversation and our neighbours weren’t all that loud. It’s a 20 minute hike into town. The sheets and towels provided were high quality. If I were to visit here again I would look for a different place to stay.
Fabulous
We stayed here via G Tours. It is a fabulous hotel..Small and friendly with the most comfortable beds we have EVER slept in..they truly are like sleeping on clouds..The bathroom was clean and modern with great water pressure, they also provide a lovely breakfast and laundry service...one of the most special things was the Humming birds in the garden.. Amazing Hotel
Enjoyed my stay emensly. Gardens are beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast plentiful. Staff helpful and friendly. Close to downtown recomended a great Restaurant Morphos with incredible sunset views. A fantastic nighttour just 3 min walk from my room. Can't wait to come back. Thank you!

After a few days in Manuel Antonio, I decided I was ready to leave the beach and head to the mountains. I booked a room at 7am and called an Uber for the 4 hour trip. As a solo female traveler, I try to be mindful of where I stay and this hotel was the highlight of my trip! The grounds are beautiful and Laura at the front desk was AMAZING! She gave me maps when I arrived and helped me book tours and transport, as well as suggesting places that were safe for me to visit and hike alone. I felt totally safe at the hotel and it’s only a very short taxi ride to downtown. I walked it during the day, too, it’s a beautiful area. The rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful, staff was very friendly and Laura spoke English and helped me communicate as needed since my Spanish is terrible! I will definitely come back and it’s a place I’d love to bring my kids, too!
Exquisite B&B!!!
We stayed here after travelling from Samara over very challenging roads! Laura welcomed us and she was a breath of fresh air! She was indeed a selling point for this hotel. She helped us with planning our visit and we want to thank her for her kindness!!! We had the corner room ... the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean!!! The next morning we toured the beautiful gardens before enjoying our bountiful and delicious breakfast. We highly recommend this B&B.
