A nice, small hotel with lots of rainforest land included on the property. It was very cool to have a room on the second floor with treetops all around the balcony, and I spotted two wild animals outside during daylight. I ate the complimentary breakfast each morning which was tasty, fresh, and also was served extremely promptly. The only warning I'd give is there's a lot of noise from insects buzzing all night long, and when it rained, the roof amplified the rainfall sound. Light sleepers, beware! But perhaps those sounds cannot be avoided anywhere in Manuel Antonio.

This place is incredible value for the price! The first time I stayed here, I went with my fiance and we enjoyed it so much that we recommended it to our wedding party and family when we were all back in Manuel Antonio for my wedding! The rooms are comfortable and large, and the inner garden is like an oasis! You can't beat the price, value, and location of this resort if you're visiting with a small group. The service is also NEXT LEVEL! The bartenders are incredibly friendly and the front desk is super helpful with booking excursions and honestly anything that you need. I couldn't get my sim card to work, and the front desk spent 30 minutes on the phone with the internet providers trying to figure it out for me since I don't speak Spanish. But the most incredible thing was that I left my iPad in the safe by accident, and by the time I realized it I was already back in the states. Not only did the staff find it, but the owners offered to mail my iPad back to me when they were in the states for a trip a month later. I just received it in the mail and I literally never thought I would be getting it back but here it is!! I cannot thank them enough!! Definitely check this place out when you're in Manuel Antonio!! I'm SURE I will be back for a 3rd time one day :)

What a pleasant surprise. Booked on the spur of the moment as we drove home from Uvita. Great, quiet, clean hotel! Friendly staff, great included breakfast with a side of monkeys. Garden like grounds. We shall return!

Small hotel with amazing service. They handled everything for us from transportation to tours to COVID testing. Restaurant on site was delicious and convenient. Two for one drinks from 3-6. Mango daiquiris every afternoon! It’s a quiet peaceful little boutique hotel with better service than far more expensive places.

I had never been to Costa Rica prior to my visit, so I was not familiar with the area and what to expect with my lodging choices. I vacillated between several hotels in Manuel Antonio and settled on The Falls. I was not disappointed. From the moment we checked in, the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. The room was very nice - and an added bonus was that the hotel had sent several emails prior to my arrival explaining that my room was facing the street and there would be some noise. The noise was never an issue but I was prepared for it and appreciated the heads up. The food was very good and generous portions.
