The internet do not working properlly, i tried Change my room but the front desk told me that is not posible. I spent 4 day without internet. Really there are no good support on this hotel. O can t understand this kind of situation in 2019.

upon check-in we were told Breakfast from 6.30 only that at 6.30 they start to set things up, food that is supposed to be warm ist still cold, beans, chilaquiles, egg station is just getting started, etc, etc. understaffed. Not a good option if you have an early start.

Whether its business or pleasure, this is simply the most enjoyable place to stay when visiting San Jose Chiapa in Puebla. Yes you have many other franchise options in the city of Puebla but they're simply too far away from this cute little town.

In the first place, it's the only hotel you'll find in Ciudad Modelo. Its room prices are considerably high but they are impeccable, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant is just great with very affordable prices. The hotel has a mini (really tiny) market that has some snacks and other things you may need for your personal hygiene, everything at incredibly affordable prices. There's also an exercising room, a minimal games room and a rather small swimming pool. Overall, very good hotel.

excelente servicio , un poco solo pero se descansa muy bien cerca de la planta Audi , se puede llegar sin problema , solo hace falta ampliar el menú del restaurante , y los cortes sean de mejor calidad , vengan mejor servidos.
