A wonderful residence
We were a family of 5 staying in this amazing residence. The apartment was so clean, full of what we required, equipped with a full kitchen. The private parking made our stay so more comfortable. The location was great, just 2 minutes away from the sea and from the main road full of restaurants. We cannot praise this residence enough...we will surely return...The owner was so helpful as well. We definitely recommend this residence to whoever is visiting Marina di Ragusa
Good for family holiday.
Everything you could need is at hand in these apartments. TV, WiFi, barbecue and other. Safe parking, supermarket 5 minutes drive from the apartments. New unfrequented beach near 100 m. Two good restaurants in five minutes of walking.
A home from home.
Everything you could need is at hand in these apartments. TV and satellite viewing, WiFi, fridge freezer, washing machine and barbecue facilities. There are comfortable sofa beds in the living area and sun loungers on the balcony or decking. Bikes are also available but I recommend the short walk into town. The gated residence is a stone's throw from the beautiful beaches and Marina di Ragusa boasts some superb restaurants, Il Delfino is fantastic and you must try Ara for arancini. There is a well stocked Spar 5 minutes drive from the apartments. The quality of fresh meat, fish, fruit and veg is impeccable. Marina di Ragusa is lovely in itself but is also a fantastic base to explore other towns and sights. Do not be afraid to venture out, Sicilians are very hospitable and helpful. Alessandro, who runs the apartments, is always around making sure everything is perfect and he is happy to recommend ideas for places to visit. I love it.
Italian Budget Holiday Appartment
If you want an economic family break these appartments are good. Whilst they are now dated in style and decor they have every facility and are in a gated street offering peace of mind especially if you have children or pets or even for safe parking. They are clean with furnishing of the Ikea quality. The one draw back is that since being built on the edge of Marina di Ragusa a by-pass road has been built which means traffic is constantly wizzing by.
Buona struttura da vivere se si vuole fare vita da mare.
Locale spazioso ben organizzato con una zona giorno con angolo cucina e tavolo per organizzati e un angolo con un divano grande e TV. Noi eravamo in due ed avevamo a disposizione due stante una matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli che abbiamo adibito a cabina armadio! bello l'ampio terrazzo con lavandino e barbecue per grigliare, peccato non averne potuto usufruire per mancanza di tempo. Parcheggio personale gratuito all'interno della struttura per non avere problemi di parcheggio nell'alta stagione. I materassi ed i cuscini sono il punto debole della struttura, sono veramente di basso livello. sono abituato a dormire quasi al buio e nelle stanze sono presenti le ante esterne a lamelle che non sono regolabili e quindi la mattina con il sole ci si sveglia, in quanto all'interno non esiste una tenda oscurante (e a dir la verità non esistevano proprio le tende!)
