Perfect place to stay in Raleigh! The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was very clean. Super close to downtown area if you are looking to explore a new city! Definitely would come back and stay there again.
Dirty noisy hotel with rude patronizing receptionist

Stayed here last night with my wife. Street noise was bad even on 6th floor but earplugs were provided so expected noise. I did not expect the air conditioning unit to sound like a tractor in the room so the street nose disappeared when it kicked in along with all thoughts of sleep. The room was dirty and obviously not vacuumed and alarm bells should have went off then but I put it down to a simple oversight The main reason for the terrible review is my interaction with a patronizing condescending rude female receptionist. I asked her about the mask mandate and why none of the 2 receptionists we had met were following it to be told - “It has been 18 months you know and the company can’t make us. It’s our decision “. As if I, or anyone on planet earth did not know how long the pandemic has lasted. The website should not speak to masked staff if it’s optional - this is misrepresentation If the staff don’t wear masks for the sake of their customers- at least provide plexiglass separation for your customers Rude staff are never going to be a good selling point in a service industry- I will NEVER return to this location
Not a good stay

The room was dirty it had not been vacuum and we had no shower curtain, in the two days there no one came to clean the room. Even after we complained and i had to call for chargers on my credit card and they charged me for parking without asking did i have a car.
Trouble with cleaning staff and manager

Manager allowed a cleaning staff to speak very harshly to my husband and me. When we responded he ran to the manager and created a scene in the lobby pointing his finger at me. Manager said I was rude. I paid to be treated nice and I was treated like I was unimportant.

The hotel was very convenient to our family where we were to spend thanksgiving. The hotel lobby was very clean and we were greeted by the front desk manager. The hotel offered a wide variety of amenities: indoor pool, fitness center, and daily break fast.
