Brenessa, Isaac, and Lauren were extremely helpful throughout our stay and made sure everything they could within their power was done. For example, the check in process was streamlined and then improved when Brenessa suggested we book the entire stay instead of weekly as room rates would be lower and it guaranteed the room. Breakfast was always thoughtful and Lauren made sure my kids had milk, their favorite cereal, and towels for the pool (when it opened half way through our stay. Isaac was a champ and the MVP (or MVE) he was always attentive to our cleaning schedule, kids zoom schooling, and access to the gym. Now there were some issues with the sales manager, she lacked empathy and didnt seem to care for our issues; our interaction with her was limited but everytime there was an issue Isaac, Lauren, Brenessa, and Dime handle it - the sales maanger (white women really bad weave/track) was always dismissive and didnt lift a finger to do anything.

I have to say that the front desk individuals are very rude short and continuously having attitudes. The only one that has had a great attitude was Lauren, she always made us feel warm and welcoming. Isaac apparently is a supervisor and has not managerial qualifications. You ask for your room to be cleaned and they continue to tell you tomorrow tomorrow not once did they advise that they room has a schedule date, then they say you refused, how can I refuse when no one comes to clean and when they finally do they only vacuum and take the garbage. Having worked for the Marriott International, this place comes no were near the Marriott standards. This place is an embarrassment to the name Marriott.

Barnesa at the front desk, went out of her way several times! She is a very kind person with a great attitude. The hotel itself is lovely, but Barnesa and the entire staff really made our stay more comfortable. Moving my Mother-in-law was stressful but it was nice to have a place to relax before our air travel.

Excellent place to stay for business travel or vacation. I was here for business and the staff, rooms, hotel grounds couldn't have been more Top Notch! Very professional and clean at all times. If I'm back I want to stay here, without question!!!

I highly recommend this location if you are ever in the area. The entire staff are super cool and very professional. This facility took very good care of my family and are very understanding and helpful. My children and I needed some where to stay while we get on our feet and the entire staff here gave us 110% quality customer service to help us feel safe and comfortable. The housekeepers are so good and super nice as well.
