Came to Rapid to adopt a puppy from a rescue on fairly short notice. As a fellow IHG employee, I appreciate the quick check-in, CLEAN ROOM, fast service, and good rate. The gentleman at the front desk was great and even got me a bandaid and toothbrush when asked. The water fountain in the lobby is super cute too, I’m kinda jealous! Thank you for powering through these last few awful years and still providing top notch service

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and both visits were great. We had an issue (our fault, not theirs) with the booking, but the asst. manager stepped up and help us fix the issue right away. Very nice, clean, friendly, will definitely stay here again when out this way.

Friendly service, good hot breakfast with sufficient seating. We actually wanted to move in we liked it so well. Pool was a lot of fun with splash bucket. Hot tub was a good 90 degrees, helped our sore muscles after doing the trail around Devils Tower. Within walking distance of Denny's. Golden Corral a mile away. Ryan at the front desk was really helpful.

We stayed here for three nights while attending the Hills Alive music festival in Rapid City. This is a nice hotel that seems to have been well designed and is very well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view looking down over the surrounding area. Public areas like the halls, stairs, lobby, entrance and parking lot were always clean. We appreciated the spacious breakfast area and selection of food items. Staff were professional and helpful. Thanks for helping make our weekend in Rapid City enjoyable.

This Holiday Inn Express was top notch. The interior lobby is beautiful and spotless, as is the lounge/breakfast bar. The room was clean and decent size. The highlight, especially for my kids, was the swimming pool. It was pretty big and sprayed water from a playhouse contraption in the middle. It was pretty cool! The location is also excellent as it’s right between the mall and acábelas down the street. There is a ton of dining options within 5 minutes of the hotel. Service was top notch. This location is a great example of why I love This hotel brand.
