Hotel is terrible The owners watch every move you make They are so scared of covid !!! Stayed there before over many years and was really nice U get a safe to put ur valuables in it but not bolted to the wall ..useless The owner mon watches every move And even has the cheek to charge you for bottled water , whilst every other hotel is free .. Pool is dangerous to get out of not good for kids The place is up a 600 yard drive wat Never again for me

The Monaburi Hotel is different from the other resorts that i have been to before. It is like a home; there is no loud noise around here. The host walked around & invited me to get a cup of coffee. It was such a nice touch. She recommended a good place to drive around. The view of the sunset from the top of the hill it amazing after we couldn't travel for 2 years (not sure what the name of the hill). If you travel to Phuket I highly recommend you stay at the Monaburi Hotel in Rawai.

Small cozy hotel in Rawai

Monaburi is the one of the best choice if love staying in a quiet area while being close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. We went to fisherman’s village and had a fresh seafood dinner. In the hotel, the room is very clean and cozy. The garden is well taken care of. The pool area is super relaxed. Highly recommended.

Monaburi is a small hotel near Rawai Beach (12 rooms). You can reach supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and the seafood market by foot within minutes. The hotel crew is absolutely friendly, the service is very good, the rooms are clean an the airco is working properly. The breakfast is always prepared very fresh. You can also hire a scooter at the hotel for a reasonable, fair price. Also the pool is very clean , perfect for relaxing after a sightseeing, beach or dive day (we were diving). It is also ver quite at the hotel, as it is 200m away from the main road. You hardly here any traffic. We can fully recommend Monaburi, especially in combination with a scooter. Also left-side driving is not a problem, the traffic is quite relaxed around Rawai.
