We stayed here for one night and enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the staff friendly. The parking lot was laid out with thru parking spaces that could accommodate our car and utility trailer. The location felt safe and secure, and it was quiet. The breakfast was the basic continental breakfast with many options, but the only hot option being making your own oatmeal or toast.
Disappointing for what we paid

Traveling on I-5 to Oregon, we stopped and stayed at this hotel. We’ve been happy with Comfort Suites in the last, but this one was not worth the price we paid. We booked the 2 king room with sofa sleeper, and while the beds were comfy, the sofa sleeper was the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever experienced. You could feel each spring in the mattress. In addition, we had a nice deck overlooking the pool, but the sliding door could not be left open because the screen was off the tracks and laying in the patio. Finally, while there seemed to be some attempts at updates to the room (newer vanity, nice floor tile in bathroom), the room was very dark and gave off a dingy feel. The shower bothered me the most because it had possibly been recoated, not replaced during the update and had dark stains showing.
Good for a one night stay or short visit

Minus the Comfort Suites reservation person misquoting the service fee, it was an okay place to stay for a over night stop. The room was large, and very quite. Starbucks and Applebees right across the street. The area isn't the nicest, but like I said for an overnight stay it was fine.

I stayed at the Comfort Suites on my way to Oregon. I accidentally left a tablet in my hotel room. I was really worried I wouldn't see the tablet again as it would be a 7 hour drive to pick up the tablet. The hotel staff were very nice and mailed me the tablet back quickly without any issues...During my stay, I appreciated all the breakfast options (including a microwavable sausage breakfast sandwich) and the cookie bar. I felt like I was well fed as we continued on our long road trip!

The room was very spacious and clean. A few things need to be updated but room had everything we could need. The staff was awesome. We had a family gathering for one member who is very ill. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us in any way possible. We can't say enough about how great they were. We will stay again.
