My family consists of myself, my fiance, our 5 month old daughter, and our 25lb dog. We recently relocated to Redmond for a job opportunity my fiance received. We stayed at the Redmond Inn while looking for a permanent residence. I booked 3 nights upfront...they were mediocre. However, it was closer to my fiances job than any other hotel. When our 3 nights were up, I walked over to the office the night before we were scheduled to check out to request an extension of our room. The woman very rudely said NO! NO Vacancies! I then went back to my room and looked online and to my surprise there were tons of available rooms to book. So I took it upon myself to book and pay for a room for an additional 3 nights online. The following day I was able to sign the paperwork with no problem..(she didnt even realize she told me there were no rooms but I booked one anyway). I did that one time after that so we stayed a total of 9 days. After the second time of booking online and then signing the following day the woman realized and in turn was angry that I booked my room online without her permission!!! What?!? Since when do you need permission to book more nights at any hotel?!? Felt very much like DISCRIMINATION!! The hotel is rundown, wallpaper peeling off walls, unpainted wood baseboards hammered on that looks unfinished, old asbestos popcorn ceilings, and rude discriminatory owners! Tell your friends...I know I will be!
Dirty, shabby room. Disappointed!

My wife, dog and I rented this room after trying to find one in Sisters that allowed pets. Too expensive..but you get what you pay for! Decided on Redmond Inn from reviews and pricing. Hotel looked a bit shabby and old from Hwy 97 side, but I liked it since I was driving a long p/u with a 14' trailer. Was able to park in back too. Check In was good, front man was nice. $10 extra for pet. When we entered room, wife was immediately grossed out. Chairs were visibly stained, molding coming off bottom of walls around doors, stains on side of mattresses, tile floor was filthy. I used Clorox Wipes to clean floors. Crud in bath tub, wife wiped something brown from sink handle base. Upside was canal area was nice to walk dog. Room noisy though from traffic from road across canal and whomever was stomping around in the room above us. I thought it was pretty funny that the motel puts one of those "sealed for your protection" paper strips over the toilet lid and folded then end of the toilet paper roll, but failed to properly sweep or even run a dang Swiffer pad on the floor. Sorry Redmond Inn won't be returning there. Should be a $30.00 room, not $100.
Great place for the price

This was the best budget motel I’ve seen, so my review and rating is based on what you get for the price. It’s not fancy, and the furniture and moldings were a little beat up, but had been repaired. It had a mini fridge, microwave, table and chairs, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was basic, but adequate. Most important, it was squeaky clean.Next time I’m in Redmond I’ll pass by the chain motels and stay there.

First of all, the price quoted on Trip Advisor is NOT what we were given. We paid $150 a night plus tax. We chose this place because it was close to the airport and the reviews were good. This is a dated motel and dark. The bathroom was old as was most everything. And not a charming old. The good, though, is that it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, next time we will choose another place.
OK Place to stay.

The beds were ok, the pillows a little hard. There are no extra plug ins for your cell phone or laptop. I don't understand motels and hotels these days that don't have extra outlets for these things. We had to unplug the alarm clock to charge one cell phone. Absolutely no outlets where the table was to use laptop. This is unacceptable. The refer had no freezer section and no control knob. Was not very cold. The microwave was not plugged in, I had to contort myself to plug it in because the cabinet was not movable. Bolted to the floor. I think that some other customer unplugged it because of the dearth of outlets in the room.
