The hotel is located close to the train station and is a beautiful newish hotel. It has a spa and is centrally located with easy access to downtown and many wonderful restaurants. It is comfortable, spacious, charming, and the rooms are very organized. Overall this was a wonderful experience.
Very good hotel, in a great location for Rennes

Stayed for 3 nights. This hotel, while not in the center of Rennes is actually in a great area - very walkable to good restaurants and drinks.
The hotel itself is very nice, good rooms, and decently comfortable beds. The car parking area is insanity, however. You have to drive into a car elevator, are then lowered to the parking floor you are assigned to, then make several pivots to fit between pillars in small garage spots - and ditto on the way out. Honestly, it was fun to experience it, but it was a true pain a few times and definitely adds 15 minutes to the beginning and end of any trip.
Rennes is super cool though, definitely eat at Les P'tites Potes and get cocktails at Peacock and Melody Nelson.

The lobby area is light spacious and charming. The room was not huge but very well designed to ensure it felt comofrtable and light. Clean and modern too with everything at hand where you need it. Good choices for breakfast. A few minutes' walk from the main art gallery. Would aim to stay again if visiting Rennes.
Clean and well-maintained boutique hotel. Very central.

The hotel is half way between the main station and the old town, so was ideal for us staying one night in Rennes on a train trip across France. Everything seemed very new and well maintained, though not all of the quirky design elements worked optimally. The shower leaked across the bathroom floor, and the grubby carpet was evidence that many guests walked into the sleeping area with dripping wet feet. The beds were very comfortable and the duvets luxurious, too much so in my case as I was too cold with the duvet off and too warm with it on, and there was no other choice of bedding. The windows were openable (8th floor), but the air conditioning couldn't be set below 20 Celsius. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was good.
