Not Safe-Loud AC

This was "renovated" during covid. The concrete walkways are crumbling in places, not safe. I was there a 4 nights and there were people who hung out in the courtyard from morning til late at night. I would return from work and they were still sitting there with a table full of empty beer cans. I got the impression these may be homeless people who lived in the greenbelt on the side/back of the hotel. I would see some people come out of that area riding bicycles. The couch and the desk chair were very comfortable. The worst part was the AC. Horribly loud! I could not sleep, which was not good as I was there for work. The AC unit is behind a wall right next to the bed. So every time it turns on at night it wakes you. Also, the place was not as clean as I would have liked. The shower needed a good scrubbing. It looked like it had only been rinsed. There was grime where the wall and floor meet. Grateful I brought flip flops for the shower. While it was nice to have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, I think the lack of sleep and safety issues outweigh the convenience. I definitely would NOT recommend this to women who are traveling alone.
Absolutely horrible and seedy.

This was a terrible experience. First of all we rented a suite and it was close to $400. It had a kitchenette. We had my husband and myself and two teenagers. There was not a single cup in the room, coffee or otherwise. There wasn’t even a plastic cup in the bathroom. There was also not a working coffee machine, or coffee, or even a stir stick. The fold out bed didn’t have sheets or a blanket and they weren’t in a closet. We went to guest services and they gave us a blanket but stated they don’t give out pillows. So now there aren’t any pillows to sleep on. It also must be in a really seedy area, as we had three bad experiences. Upon entering a young lady ran out in only a top. Later a large group of men were gathered in the fire pit area. They proceeded to party and play loud music until 2 am, even after a call to receptionist to ask that they be told to turn down their volume. There was zero change, and it made for a long night. Last in the morning coming back from Starbucks for our coffee, we caught a very unsavory character trying to get into the door of our complex. We returned to our vehicle and watched him wandering around trying other doors. We can’t get out of here fast enough and feel fleeced for so much money.
Nice and comfortable

Stayed at the Residence in Dec. 2020. We found he facility to be quite nice. It has several green areas for dogs. The staff is very cordial and accommodating considering the environment (covid) Two items. One, they need a fenced in area for dogs to run around. Two, other guests are very inconsiderate and don't pick up after their dog. Dog friendly.
A Clean Room and Quiet enjoyment are Essential

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel (12/19-12/24). Convenient location, however the loud noice from neighbors' rooms really bothers, sounds of footsteps upstairs, dog barking next room, people taking in parking lot, keeps up days and nights. Unidentified yellow stain in bath tub (when freshly check-in), phone is dusty and dirty, toilet clogged. The labels of comforters all Curl up (I assume caused by dryer), unidentified mark on pillow so I requested additional clean pillows. Due to the pandemic we had reduced the contact of staffs, but when toilet clogged I had no choice to ask the engineer to take care of it. Service are good, grab-n-go breakfast, quick response from Front Desk. I would suggest for those are sensitive to noise or expecting higher level of room cleanliness to evaluate the factors before picking hotel to stay.

After a horrible experience at another hotel (checked out immediately due to uncleanliness), I was driving around by myself with a newly operated on puppy at night looking for a place to stay. My husband called this hotel and asked for a pet-friendly room on the first floor. When I arrived the lobby was cozy and clean. The front desk attendant was very kind. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I was placed on the first floor near a door outside which was very helpful! They also have a nice small off-leash area for pets.
