Clean but very noisy

The hotel is in a nice location on the river. The rooms were clean and very nice. I’m not quite sure you could get a good nights sleep at this hotel though. There are dated very heavy self closing doors and there were a lot of children so the doors were banging from about 5 AM till about midnight. I don’t think there’s anything the hotel can do about this until they replace the self closing mechanisms that pull the door closed very violently.
Pet friendly and convenient

we stayed in a double queen with river view, it was nice, standard size for a hotel room of this price point. I will probably kick down the extra money for the suite next time just to have a bit more space for kids and dogs. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Easy access to Howard Amon park to walk the dogs and take in the view.

A beautiful place to stay and enjoy. Relaxing, plenty of provisions in shop, if needed or wanted. Well taken care of, clean, staff is friendly. Location is at a convenient area and close to parks, shoppings d restaurants.

Great customer service, great location right next to walking/running path along the River, great complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed from the beautiful patio , and close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely book again!

We stayed here for 4 days while visiting the area. We had a suite with a fireplace, large balcony, roomy living area with two sofas, a small kitchen and dining table. The room was clean and felt comfortable. The bedding was very nice and comfy. It was quiet for the most part, and walkable to many restaurants via the riverfront trail. Nice lobby and gift/snack shop. Cons: No door on the bathroom, no bathtub. There was not a single USB port in the room, so I had to make a trip to Best Buy to purchase an adapter. Overall a nice hotel. Would possibly stay here again while visiting. Pool area was also very well kept and inviting, although we didn't use it.
