The rooms were clean and well provisioned. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good with a lot of variety. I really enjoyed the pool area which was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was excellent! Easy access to freeways and shopping. My only complaint was that they put out urns of coffee and hot water for tea. Unfortunately these are intermixed, and the tea water tastes like coffee.

This place is amazing!! EXTREMELY clean rooms and in the hotel in general. I saw people cleaning the trash can lids!! The rooms have a 50" TV, and pretty much a full size kitchen with everything but a stove/oven. Plenty of kitchen ware as well. Nice shower; beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good...and very friendly and accommodating dating staff. If you're in the Tri-Cities area, THIS is the place to stay!!!

hotel staff and management were very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing and more than i expected. Breakfast was great as well , my only critique would be to try and serve something different each day. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well. We will definitely stay there again and i will recommend this hotel to any of my friends here in town.

Staff is nice and friendly. Room is nice. Construction is such that someone stomping around in the room next door will vibrate through the floor to your room. Breakfast is so-so. Hot stuff sits too long under warming lights and dries out. Toaster is pitiful. Two cycles and still not toasted. Minus one star for the noise and the fact I had to ask for conditioner every morning, minus one star for the breakfast issues, and minus one star for the broken treadmill.

Nice Stop in Richland @ Home2 Suites

Nice stay in town. The room was nice and quiet, nice hot water for the shower. Very close to food if you want to walk and not drive. The hotel had nice gym and pool as well. This hotel is very welcoming.
