Average hotel. Quiet area, not much traffic noise. No elevator in this 3 story hotel. Seemed clean, but had to wonder after seeing the hair in the bathroom sink.
Our room had a king size bed. It was a bit too firm for me. There was a sofa (sofa-sleeper) contained in a small alcove. No lighting around the sofa. Room also had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
Bathroom was only big enough for one person at a time. Hot water came to temperature very quickly. Shower/tub combo. The shower head height was too low for a 6 foot tall guy.
Breakfast was very sparse. With a Bob Evans out front, they should have discontinued it. Basically were only offering sausage gravy & biscuits, with a gentleman filling your plate. Covid protocol, I assume.
So overall it was ok.

I have stayed in many Comfort Inns through the years and this was a major disappointment. It really needs updating! My friend and I stayed the weekend and were very disappointed in the hotel overall. It was deemed a non-smoking hotel, but we could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. There were switch plates covering holes in the bathtub where a bar had been to hold the washcloth. Very old accessories in the rooms. Super small pool with room for only 2 families of 4. The pool room was very rusted over at the vents and metal doors. The hot tub was broken and roped off. Weeds and tall thistles were growing around it. The breakfast was unacceptable and almost non-existent: only biscuits and gravy, some packaged pastries, little juice, instant oatmeal(no milk) and some condiments. Peanut butter, but what were we to spread it on? This morning our keys/wi-fi were shut down by 8 am. We left never to return!

Last week was my 4th visit in a year & I loved the staff. Price was reasonable too.
One time I left my personal pillow behind.
When I returned to hotel 10 days later, they retrieved it from lost & found right away.
I was surprised!
Once, I asked the shower curtain to be replaced, and Rina changed it right away with beautiful smile (she also has lovely voice).
Richard in breakfast room makes you feel like you are in home.
I asked if the biscuit's gravy contained the milk and he looked up the ingredients.
The property is not new, but what's important to a lonely elderly couple during the Covid season visiting family member is the friendly smile of the staff, clean bed/bath, and assorted breakfast to choose.

Air conditioning didn't work and no WiFi was available, even though they said it would be. We had to open the window, still too hot.
Rate was higher than shown on internet.
Breakfast was meager. Staff was nice.

At check in there was a sign that breakfast was not being offered, nor the indoor pool, and the elevator was not in use. This information was not posted anywhere online. Went up the the second floor and our room toilet didn’t work and floor was super dirty. The lady working the front was very nice about it and moved us to a new room. Good news Toilet worked in this room yay! Bad news When removing the decorative bed blanket there was a dried blood stain on the down comforter. The front desk was again apologetic and brought a new comforter.
