Loved the staff. Maryam went out of her way to make me a cup of coffee to go when I checked out. Pleasant way to start the day. Other staff were great too but didn't catch their names. The rooms were spacious and clean and the showers were amazing. I'll stay there again for sure.

Comfortable stay but missing a lot

Rooms are rooms, beds are beds. Some nicer than others but service is what sets a property apart, and distinct. And at $360 a night one does expect this as a minumum. The bed is indeed comfortable and the rooms have always been clean. Here is the 'room service' on a 20$ corned beef hash that had a service charge and gratuity added. $almost 30$ for very sub standard service, substandard quality food. What is most disappointing is there is surely available a real plate, real cutlery and a stainless plate cover to keep the item from sweating to death in a box. This was the biggest insult I've had in a hotel in some time. It well may impact my decision to ever patronize this property again. There are far too many other choices out there. Sorry Marriott. Inexcusably BAD form!

Quiet hotel close to the airport

Any hotel whew I get a good night’s sleep will always get at least 4 out of 5 stars from me. The rooms were spotless and quiet and that is all that counts. The restaurant was a bit industrial and the breakfasts were forgettable and there are only a handful of elevators. But I slept well and I left happy.

Perfect Hotel- One of the best I have stayed in

I was at the hotel for my mandatory 14-day quarantine after my international flight. I must say that this hotel has exceeded my expectations right from booking reservation to arrival and departure. Karen assisted in making reservation and provided a 14-day quarantine package as it was beneficial for me with several benefits included. During check in, Jennifer made sure I had everything and was comfortable. The front desk agents were always prompt in answering messages or calls regarding any requests via contactless delivery. Housekeeping did a great job in providing me with additional bedding and any supplies that I needed. The hotel and staff are definitely one of the best I have experienced and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends/family.
