Our stay was great! Location, breakfast is delicious. Rafaella, Carol and Patrícia made us feel very welcome. And great benefit of staying in Ramada is being able to use the gym in shopping center !!!

Carol at Ramada Hotel Recreio has helped me a lot in booking rooms, answering my questions and being resourceful. She is really professional and caring, and has exceptional customer service skills. She always has a smile on her face and really goes out of her way whenever I requested her help. I think she is the biggest asset Ramada Hotels have here and should be recognized as such.

Very good experience at the hotel. Good internet connection. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall which made my stay so much more advantageous. The hotel personnel was very friendly and always ready to accommodate any request

I stayed in this hotel in Febraury 2020. The receptionist (Anizio) was really kind when I arrived and showed me the Hotel. The room is clean and all that may be expected for a Ramada. The location is good (close to the main road, beaches and the shopping center). They provide you a gym pass on request to visit the local gym located in the shopping center.

The staff is amazing and the restaurant is class A! The attendants from the Restaurant Ana Paula e Laureana made all the difference as customer service ! Thank u girls for ur attention! The location and view is perfect!
