Stay here if visiting Rio. Right on the Copacabana Beach with a private section for hotel guests, beach chairs provided and towels. This hotel was fabulous. 10/10 on all fronts. Breakfast had everything! The staff all had fluent english and remembered my breakfast order of Tea with milk each morning. The attention to detail was impressive. The concierge organised tours for us and it was all just so easy. Stunning rooftop bar with amazing views of the beach and Sugarloaf. It is the most amazing hotel, comfy beds, delicious food, gorgeous staff. So helpful and friendly. Thank you for the best time.

In addition to an exemplary quality of service with a warm welcome, a luxurious suite, a very hearty breakfast, an ideal location; my brother and I would like to thank the entire Miramar Hotel by Windsor team and more particularly Joab Victor, Paulo Sergio, Raman and Elaine for their precious help and generosity. In Rio we were robbed, beaten and vandalized; having no more money and being limited in communication the hotel paid us the uber to get us to the police station, the hotel offered us lunch and chartered a car for us to get us safely to the airport. Above all, I would like to thank them for the generosity they showed on the day of our departure. I recommend this hotel for its service and their smile 🙂 We're attacked in Tijuca forest, carreful of long trek there! Take care of yourself, Matthieu and Nicolas, the French!

Honestly, best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff are amazing! Soo friendly and so helpful! Especially Daniella/Danielle from the front desk. She was there mainly in the evenings. She was amazing! So nice and so so helpful! We had to extend out stay multiple times and she made sure to give us the best price. Anything we needed, she was there to help. All staff were great though. We were here for over 2 weeks. Upon arrival, we were greeted, our bags were carried from the car and were waited with while we checked in. We were served champagne while checking in which was lovely. Check in was a breeze. So easy. We were then led up to our room and shown around. He explained everything we needed to know about the room, room service and the amenities. The room was fantastic! Large and very clean. Bathroom was spacious and very big bath tub/shower. Maid service was fantastic! They were in everyday to make up the room and clean. Lovely people. The restaurant downstairs was great! Food delicious and service was fantastic! The breakfast in the morning was the highlight. The best breakfast in copacobana! Such a big range of food and all so incredibly yummy. Wait staff are super friendly and attentive. There is a business centre which had computers and a printer which we made use off. This was very helpful to have on site. The rooftop pool and bar was really nice. Very pleasant place to sit and relax and have a drink. There is also a gym available for use up there. The beach service was amazing! They had towels, chairs and umbrellas available which was great! There is also a drink tent set up on the beach with water, and alcoholic beverages which was super handy to have close by. You can order your drinks and they will bring them to you. This hotel is really in the perfect location. Everything you need ia close by. Pharmacy, grocery store, food, beach and there is also night markets on the main road as well as food places. I only have good things to say about this hotel! It was amazing! If we are ever back in copacobana we will definitely be staying here!! So happy with our stay. Thank you so much to the staff at Miramar Hotel by Windsor for making our stay amazing!

Great hotel located just on the copacabana beach, which is a really safe neighbourhood and picturesque location. Staff were insanely helpful and food was incredibly delicious for both breakfast and dinner.

It´s a great experience return to a hotel (few months later this time) and confirm the great previous experiences. The staff is marvelous, plenty of courtesy. In fact, several people at your disposal all the time. The room is very nice, nice touches. The included Brazilian buffet breakfast is awesome, with some special juices, fruits, breads and treats made by order. The location is also great, in the heart of Copacabana beach.
