Our stay was very pleasant, the hotel and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating and were very flexible with our requests, very highly recommended The hotel is very spacious and clean, highly equipped gym, and friendly staff

In general the hotel is amazing, the staff are incredible, and the location of the hotel is perfect. I would suggest adding more choices in the breakfast and dinner. I spent 7 days eating the same food.

We luckily choosed Ramada plaza Rize as transit stay from Ayder to Uzungol trips, we liked the hotel so we extend our stay to be 3 nights. We liked the location, cleanliness, big rooms with stunning sea view, comfy beds, helpful, kind staff, reasonable swimming pool, excellent spa , turkish bath and foam massage and Swedish massage and much more

This hotel is great by all means and applies to every tourist's requirements in my belief.. location is great and by the Black Sea , on the highway which means very reachable, near beautiful attractions.. the rooms are spacious, bathrooms are very nice and has 2 options ..a shower and a bathtub... A/C is cool, breakfast restaurant is huge and serves great food, the lobby is huge and big really big and nice .. staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially miss Dafne at the front desk who greeted us with a big beautiful smile after a hectic day of 8 hours drive from Samsun... I really do appreciate her sweet attitude and help to accommodate each one of 3 of us and chit chatted with us.. I am a happy guest of this beautiful hotel indeed

Pleasant stay for two days

Check in was fast and staff so friendly. We came into our room and it was tidy and clean. The staff have been nice and helpful to us. The breakfast was more than expected and tasty. I would recommend couples and family to have this experience.
