Na This hotel was absolutely horrible I wasted my money they didn’t help me once I complained and I will not stay there again thought it was very dirty and there are water bugs in my room and the bed too

I was pleased with the cost, room and check in process. The wake up service would have been good it someone who previously stayed in the room I was in hadn't unplugged the telephone, going forward I will be making sure the phone is working.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing with food and service! It was nice to see the hotel was getting upgraded. The staff was very friendly. We did leave a report of the lock on the window in our room did not work...and we were on the ground floor.

Overall we were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews about cleanliness. Our room was clean, well kept and no smells considering it was a pet room. We were there for medical reasons and did spend a lot of time in the room. I would have liked an extra side chair or small table and chairs. The computer chair was not comfortable. We were very satisfied and happy with a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel to Mayo. Staff was very attentive to our needs with our puppy and shuttle help. There was a bit of smell of weed but only a bit near the elevator. Our room never smelled. We were very very happy with the price and discounts provided. Senior discount and Mayo Clinic discount.

Pool out of service. Please tell us this, it’s one of the reasons we picked you is for the pool! Didn’t allow early check in, even though we didn’t need the room yet. Hole in shower wall. Minimal breakfast items, garbage was still full from the day before.
