Quiet, clean and close to restaurants

Have stayed here twice and really like it. Always comfortable, good breakfast, comfy beds, good internet, and great employees. Several restaurants are nearby and gas stations. The last time we stayed, my husband had hot water for shower, but I did not. We told the staff when we checked out and they said they would have it checked. I hope so, cause we really like this place. Had no issues the first time we stayed.

Clean rooms, great breakfast! It is a hit and miss with the hotels after the pandemic, but this one is a winner! Compliments to the management and staff! I am a Hilton Honors member and prefer to stay with the chain when travel. Will return next year when in the area.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to make my son and I feel comfortable. We were in town from Virginia for the Crown of the Carolinas gymnastics meet. We were given free waters and had a great time. Breakfast was wonderful even-though we had to race out. Thank you for everything.

Handicap room not handicap accessible.

They stuck one vertical safety grip in the middle of the bathtub and called it a handicapped room. Not even a hand-held shower head. No where to even sit in the bathroom. When the clerk was asked, she confirmed that they considered it a handicap accessible room.

A Terrific Night's Stay

While traveling through the area, we stayed one night at this Hampton Inn location. My wife and I were both very impressed with our entire experience. We were greeted as Hilton Diamond members and the folks at the Front Desk all gave us a friendly welcome. Our room was spacious, quiet and immaculate with all the modern conveniences a seasoned traveler could ask for. The breakfast area was very clean and provided many options for the guests to enjoy as their first meal of the day. Should we find ourselves in the Rock Hill area again, we will make it a point to stay at this location. Highly recommend!!!
