Worst Hotel in the Rock Hill and probably the Carolinas!

The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant next door...Other than that this is a haven for drug addicts, transient people & other crime... What's bad is the new owners accept this and are good with it ( Quote from Staff ). For god's sake never let your family stay at this hotel!

Reception person was ok, I was on my way to the room and the hallway smelled like mildew and so did the room,carpet in room is old and worn out,room is dirty and smelly, I am not happy with this at all, Quality Inn should come and inspect this place and see how they are dragging the Choice brand to the ground, I had to use my asthma inhaler a few times because of the smell, disgusting and appalling.

Where do I even begin? Blood on the sheets. Broken tv. Ripped fabric on chair. Keycards not working…staff nowhere to be found. Without exaggeration, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel/motel.
Need more employees to offer better help

When we arrived late Friday night, I asked for a room up front, but they were all booked and we had to have a room around back, room 127. We tried to get into the room and the door was jammed. I called Jeff at the front office and he said he would send someone . . . 35 minutes later I called him back and he proceeded to tell me how to "jimmy" the door by pulling the handle upward instead of down. After no luck with those instructions, he said he would come down. He got there 15 minutes later and changed out the batteries for the card reader, but no luck with the door. He told me to give him a few more minutes . . . & magically we got another room up towards the front. So we finally got into room 117 one hour and 25 minutes later after our arrival, we settled into the room, only to find the toilet was clogged. So I called Jeff back and he was busy with other clients, so I asked for a plunger, which he gave. I went back and did the best we could to get through the night. So we had an early game and my husband joined us at the ballfield and returned to the hotel room around 6 pm. Upon arrival, we found the toilet still clogged and my husband became VERY aggravated with management. We had been gone ALL DAY and NO ONE came to fix the toilet. We left to go and eat supper and use another toilet. Once we returned from supper, the toilet was repaired and we began showers . . . . only to find we had 2 large towels & 1 hand towel, no wash cloths. SO AGAIN, I go to visit JEFF, I need towels, but no towels. He was expecting a box of towels in the morning and I would be able to get NEW towels. That's great except, I have 2 dirty girls needing showers. SO I went to BUY towels for them to use. I understand coming into this hotel I will need to provide some things and that the company isn't great, but this stay was so so bad I will NOT be coming back. Please send help to this HOTEL. They need LOTS of attention to improve this hotel OR CLOSE IT!! It has been like this for a long time. This trip just iced the cake for us.

Do NOT STAY HERE this place is horrible. Bugs filthy to say the least. I had booked 4 nights left after 2. Drive own down the road This place should be closed down. Shady characters hanging around all over property.
