Terrible stay. I am a Marriott platinum elite member. The hotel did not at any time during my four day stay acknowledge my status or offer any of the promised amenities. The room we were put in was a mess. The carpet was stained and dirty. The HVAC system did not work well as the room was moist and had signs of mold. The room furniture was cheaply made and offered no drawers and had a very limited place to hang shirts and pants. None of our towel and soap requests were honored. There was two facial soap and no shower soap in the bathroom. Towels were minimal and it took three tries to get additional ones. We had a horrible experience, find another place to stay if you are in Rockville.
Don't get sucked in to paying less for this one!!

Marriott is spending a lot of money promoting their commitment to clean--not here. I'm the highest ranking Marriott member so if they treat me this way, imagine how they treat the normal "Joe". This hotel doesn't give bottled water, mold in bathroom, no washrags (even the towels were threadbare), no shampoo, sheets looked like they were not cleaned....stay somewhere else!!

I know this may sound petty, but I am a Marriott Titanium lifetime member who has paid for the good services that Marriott usually provides. There are two ice machines on the 2nd and 4th floor. No ice in either one, waited 4hours, still nothing. Went to the front desk and they wound not get me any ice. I just wanted a little bit for my warm tea. Not staying there again. They don’t care about their guests, and were on the verge of being rude about it.

Just arrived after a long drive on a Sunday in preparation for a very early Monday A.M. work meeting. Made it to my room to to find there was a coffee maker but no coffee. Call the front desk only to be informed that the hotel is out of coffee. I'm sorry, what? What on earth is going on? Buyer beware-bring your own coffee just in case!

Very good service, and very clean. Unfortunately our room was next to someone who were extremely loud until 5 am. No sleep per us, the noise came through the bathroom walls not the room walls for some reason. Could have changed rooms but it was after 10:30 pm when all hell broke loose and didn't want to get out of bed, get dressed and go down to the front desk. Do not blame the hotel only the inconsiderate jerks next door. The hotel did not need to put customers next door to each pother because the hotel may have had at best 30% occupancy. Next time to will change rooms.
