Clean rooms, friendly staff, great value
Stayed for a week on a business related trip. Management was very accomodating and friendly and so was front desk staff. Great value for the money. Plenty of nearby dining choices and conveniently located withinclose proximity to the Interstate highway. Will stay here again should I return to the area.
Friendly Staff and Very Friendly Bugs
Staff was welcoming. Bed comfortable. I guess the ground floor room somewhat explains the bugs. A couple of large winged critters crawling around the carpet. Shower had two large spiders. Desk-clerk promised to check out the situation.
Nice quiet place.
We stayed here the beginning of February , the hotel was clean and right off the highway. Peter at the desk was very pleasant and helpful making sure we had a first floor room as my wife has a walking disabilty. We will stay here again
Excellent service
Chose to book this hotel a few months ago based on recent reviews and was not disappointed. Peter at the front desk was friendly,, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The recently redecorated room was clean and cheerful with very comfy beds. Management is working hard to provide the amenities expected by today's traveler but the age and design of the building creates some challenges. The room is quite small and electrical outlets are limited. So while a coffee maker is provided the only place for it is the bathroom vanity and there's no place to plug it in without basically setting it on the sink. They provide a good continental breakfast (bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs) in the lobby. Bottom line: very good value for the price if you are looking for clean, comfortable basic accommodation for a night or two.
Dirty.
Room was dirty, customer service was terrible, asked for clean sheets and they refused. Bugs in the room and smelt like smoke, and I’m pregnant so I was not happy. Also, the top lock on our door was broken. The only positive was the location is conveniently located by stores and restaurants.
