Noe pareció un lugar ideal para una estadia corta. En nuestro casa lo usamos solo una noche en nuestro viaje de Miami Annapolis, buena habitación y muy buena atención del personal. Obvio por situación Covid, la pileta estaba fuer de servicio, pero es entendible!

I was traveling alone and upon arrival at 7:30 PM Lobby door was locked. I had to speak to someone in a window, I was frightened. The room smelled musty and the outlet for hairdryer was loose. Had a wet head and dyer didn't work

Worst hotel experience

There was nothing that I liked about my stay . I should have walked out upon arrival but unfortunately I tried to give them a chance . Walking into the lobby there was no heat , and blown out lights . No one at the front desk to Greet us . I had to walk around looking for some home to help . Eventually 10 mins later someone came out to help me . On my first night there they moved my room 3 times because the 3 rooms they tried to give me were all dirty, filled with stains and hairs in the sheets. Residue and stains on the walls . The final room I settled with because i had no where else to go, the only other decent hotel in the area was fully booked . I ended up settling with the room with stained sheets and residue on the walls but I chose the one with the least amount of stains and no hair in the sheets so . On the second day there the power went out and the hotel did not have generators . The next day a water line broke, so they shut the water off and closed the hotel . They did not even call me to tell me this happened so when I arrive to the hotel at 8pm at night all the lights are off ! And they tell me I need to take my stuff out of the hotel . Worst of all, this being my experience , I thought they would refund me my money and they did not. They were very nasty and said I knew what I was getting when I booked with them . And maybe that wasn’t a lie I knew I wasn’t booking a 5 star hotel but I didn’t expect to not have dirty room that made me feel uncomfortable to sleep in . I’m still a paying customer . They did refund the reminder of night that I was charged for since they had to close the hotel after the water line break . They did not refund the first 2 nights even though the rooms dirty and the power went out in the second day . The customer service was very poor, on the first night the woman was at least apologetic and said they have new house keeping that hasn’t has the proper training . But upon speaking to Rasheed the manager , he was no apologetic at all , he literally said if I was expecting better that I should have stayed somewhere else .

Great location off I-95, great breakfast, average room, great value. Bathrooms are older and need some attention. Beds are adequate, room is generally clean. Refrigerator and microwave are in room. TV is of modest size and channels are acceptable.

After a terrible stay at an equivilant level hotel at an earlier date I was very happy with this hotel which was both cleaner, nicer in every respect and a few less dollars! The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the size of the room was nice. Would stay here again if traveling through the area.
