My check-in experience was good and Pauline was very polite and helpful, however holding €250 as deposit is an extortion in my opinion. The reception area is nice, but the rooms are outdated with visible wear and tear damages. There was a coffee machine in the room, but no available pods, so it was unusable. The spa: I found that the water in the jacuzzi was too cold and with too much chlorine (it really affected my eyes). I also used the sauna and that was nice. I won’t be returning as there are more modern hotels closer to the airport, which are also cheaper. The only reason why I booked this hotel is because it offered a spa, but that was disappointing, sadly. I paid €15 for a taxi from CDG airport.

I visited Paris with a few friends and my wife. We originally stayed at the IBIS Hotel neat city centre and that was a horrible experience. Never again will I be staying at a budget hotel again whiles abroad. My flight got cancelled due to bad weather at home, I then saw this hotel located right next to the airport. It was cheap for 1 night and the hotel itself wasn't much to look at from the outside. The reception was okay but when I entered my room, It was amazing. The room was clean, very big, large tv on the wall. It had a mini kitchen with a gas cooker, huge shower and a bath and it was honestly amazing. We went to the spa which was perfect! And we had lunch/ dinner which the service and food was amazing. Definitely will visit again if I ever get stuck in paris!

The room was acceptable overall but with a few issues, such as the hotel keys not working when returning and the fire alarm going off without explanation. Additionally, the television would turn off by itself and certain channels had to be selected multiple times. The hotel service was lacking as well, as the reception refused to clean the room until every after three days. This suggests that the hotel had subpar service and maintenance, leading to a disappointing stay. It was with a good view but unfurnished balcony. The room itself was good, clean linens and bathroom. Wi-Fi is fast and easy to use. Lightning in the room is fine too.

It seems that it was once a quality hotel but that it stopped taking care of maintenance some time ago… Lack of general cleanliness, including room, gym and SPA. Regarding the employees, they do not show much interest in providing better quality to the customers. With the exception of two or three receptionists including SACHA, a great asset to the Hotel. SACHA an exemplary employee both for her presentation and for her tact with the public, always ready to help.

We booked this room for the airport shuttle and the pool. The pool was warm, the hot tub was COLD and the sauna was not working. NO ZEN. The restaurant was AWFUL, the menu items listed and the food delivered did not match in anyway. The service was not great and the hotel is not clean and the staff are rude. When we arrived the requested $150 deposit despite the fact that I had already paid for the room and only staying for the night. The airport shuttle is not available until after 8am which was not advertised, the cab is estimated to be $25 and I worry about making my flight. This was expected to be a relaxing end to a long vacation and it was not.
