LUXURIOUS & ELEGANT
Simply put, the Hassler exudes luxury and elegance. It was everything my husband and I expected and more ! Our 4 nights there at the end of December 2019. were the perfect start to our 12 days in Italy to celebrate my birthday. The holiday decorations were exquisite and added even more to the beauty and wonder of this famous 5 star hotel . I refer you to the detailed Hassler website, since I will not attempt to list all the amenities. The photos and videos are great too. I extend our sincere appreciation and thank you to the kind and very professional Hassler Staff. They all made our time with them memorable. Sara at Reservations ,took care of my online reservation request with a prompt response. She also answered all my questions and noted some minor allergy concerns. The Doormen ,dressed in the most handsome uniforms and hats, greeted us on our arrival. We appreciated how they were always ready to get a taxi for us . Our luggage was taken and delivered to our room. Esther at Reception greeted us and checked us in efficiently. She also introduced us to Barbara and Laura at Guest Relations. Esther escorted us to our room , and mentioned that we might enjoy going up to see the outstanding view from the terrace during our stay. We were glad that we remembered to do just that . The view of the Eternal City was magnificent ! The Housekeeping Staff took the utmost care of our very comfortable and spacious Grand Deluxe Room. We never needed to ask for anything. Daniele ,Head Concierge, obtained our train tickets to Firenze. We definitely appreciated avoiding the busy lines at Termini Stazione. Cristian made lunch reservations for us at Armando al Pantheon. Breakfast service was in a grand and beautiful room under the expert direction of Jessica and Veronica. The setting was tranquil with delicious menu selections served to us by the very attentive Diana, Graziella, Simona and Mario. One evening we listened to the talented Giuseppe at the piano in Salone Eva. It was a lovely and relaxing atmosphere where our drinks were served by Dino and Drago . We enjoyed a nice chat with both of them. This was our 4th trip tp Rome and 12th to visit Italy. Staying at the Hassler certainly was very special. Thank you to all, and especially to Roberto Wirth, Hassler's President and Managing Director, for the most wonderful and memorable time . We will definitely plan to return to the Hassler.
Not worth it
Cleaner put away my headphones (in the night stand) so I couldn’t find them. After we departed I wrote email to the hotel asking about it, they replied that they found them and ready to send it but I have to pay for it and delivery will cost over 100 euros. By the way we stayed in the suite that costs 6000/night, that’s how they treat their costumers
Nice Hotel in Rome !
unfortunately, I stayed there for one night but want to stay more days. The hotel is simply awesome. the staff is friendly and helpful at all. especially like outdoor restaurant. Foods are delicious and mouth-watering! The rooms are clean and beautiful. the outside view is wonderful. Great place.
Hassler Hotel
We were planning a stay in a Rome prior to our cruise and selected The Hassler due to its pre-cruise package - a great deal. We took advantage of the personal assistant at the airport and the hotel transfer and felt like VIP’s. Very welcome after our long overnight flight from the US. The assistant insisted on handling our bags for us and getting us through some airport construction to find our driver. All seamless. We spent 6 lovely nights at The Hassler in early Feb 2020. The staff were so friendly and accommodating from the time we entered the hotel treating us like frequent returning customers. We were fortunate to have a room overlooking the Spanish Steps and what a view! A very comfy bed, too. We enjoyed a few meals in Salone Eva and enjoyed great food and impeccable service. Such friendly staff who made certain we were happy with everything from our drink orders to our food. The buffet breakfast was really good, too, with a wide variety of selections and the same service in a beautiful dining room. So many friendly people who pampered us and made us feel like we were the most important people there. We loved their Amorvero body lotion and wish we could buy it online but unable to find it anywhere. Our transfer to Civitavecchia took us right to the cruise terminal and helped us get our bags dropped off with the handlers. All top notch service. We hope to return here in the future to enjoy the luxury of the Hassler. This was the best service we have ever experienced and heartily recommend staying at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.
