Hotel des artistes

Stayed at Des Artistes last week after booking a last minute deal and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is around a 5-10 minute walk to the main train station Termini, which you can travel to from the airport. On arrival the hotel receptionist was very accommodating, giving us a map and pointing out areas of interest. He also let us know the current rules in Italy regarding face masks and The hotel staff were very helpful in ordering taxis for us every night. That being said, you can walk to some tourist attractions but after walking all day we took taxis in the evening to the Pantheon. All the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We had bed and breakfast included in our stay. There were no hot cooked breakfast options which I didn’t really expect and I stuck to pastries so unable to comment on the other breakfast offered, but I enjoyed my Nutella croissant! There is no bar but can buy drinks at reception. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and provided with shampoo soap and shower gel. The beds were comfortable and rooms quiet and there is an interesting old fashioned lift too! Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend staying at Des Artistes!

This a great hotel it has good location walking distance to main train station great link to all tourist spots. Near by supermarket good for those on budget also the breakfast good range and staff kind and friendly very helpful. The only downside and minor points was bed moves and fridge not very good to keep thing cold but that's all.

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Rome. Room had everything which was needed. Such as shampoo and shower gel, safe and comfortable bed. Also the room was spotlessly clean. Close to termini station and walking distance to all the major attractions in the city. Also would highly recommend the ice cream parlour which is on the map the hotel give you and the Rome ice bar which was amazing.

Great little place to stay. 5-6 minutes walk from the Termini station. Not huge rooms, but perfectly acceptable for city centre accommodation. Clean with all the necessaries. Buffet breakfast was OK, nice touch was being able to drop in for free tea or coffee up until 9.00pm Helpful staff on reception, good location for less pricey restaurants nearby. Stayed 4 nights and was well looked after.

Really well maintained hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room was a little on the small side, but more than adequate for a couple. The matress was one of the best I'd slept in, in a hotel. Bathroom was newish and clean. Breakfast was a choice of fruit, cereal, cold meat and cheeses, a limited 'fry-up' and pastries. Coffee machine in dining room served for rest of the day - no facilities in the rooms. Good value for money too. Would recommend to all.
