Meals are superb with plenty of varieties and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great ambiance in front desk of hotel. Everyone was pleasant including front desk staff Even if housekeeping staff can not speak fluent English, they tried hard to assist with our needs.

The distance/ travel options to the city may not be suitable

This is a great hotel, but it's a business hotel and the surrounding area is fairly industrial. Communications with the hotel were good although I was told that it was 65 Euros cash by taxi from Ciampino. As a fit, single traveller, I went for the 10 Euro option, it was early morning and I had plenty of time. As it happened, I paid 35 Euros returning on a Sunday morning by taxi to the airport. The cheaper option is to get the coach (tickets in the airport) from the airport to Termini and then get the Metro (72 hour ticket for bus and Metro was about 18 Euros) to Rebibbia Metro Station then get the bus to the hotel, about an hour and a half in total. I was early and my room wasn't ready, but they moved things around and checked me in - very helpful staff at reception. Room was huge, very modern with fridge, coffee/ tea making facilities, safe, flatscreen TV etc. Only issue was it overlooked a big coach park. The first coach starts up early but I'm an early riser so no real issue. The tea and coffee I used was not replenished so low cal sugar etc by the end of my stay. No little milks either although the lady at reception went to the kitchen to get me some. The staff were fantastic. The minibus service is on a schedule and I didn't wait around, the buses around the corner are very regular, although the drivers bomb along and the roads are full of potholes, really not ideal. Rebibbia Metro Station is at the end of the line so I'd say 40 minutes to get to the centre of Rome in total. Breakfast was very good although cooked options are scrambled egg/ streaky bacon. Loads of pastries and lovely tarts, I shouldn't but I did! Maybe not ideal if you're a couple or family but on this occasion, it fitted the bill perfectly.

The hotel itself is nice, but the area not so much. The walls were very thin, heard everything in the hall and every time people used water in other rooms we could always hear the water. The breakfast was pretty good. We only stayed because we traveled last minute and could not get a good priced hotel in the main part of Rome. Again the hotel is nice, just very far from things. We figured out the bus and metro and got a 3 day pass but it was not easy at all. The hotel it self was clean and had nice helpful staff.
