The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and warm, but small. I definitely wouldn't describe it as superior! Issues: 1. No TV in room. 2. No fridge in room. 3. No alarm clock in room. 4. Coffee wasn't replenished daily. 5. Bathroom cluttered, the door opened JUST enough to allow entry. The basin was too close to the shower and the door, making entry difficult. No shelves for personal toiletries. The bathroom bin lid was broken. I reported this but it wasn't changed. Bin wasn't emptied every day. The shower edge was decayed and coming away from the shower. 6. The balcony light was broken. I reported this and was told it couldn't be repaired. 7. Lots of traffic noise at night. We only chose this hotel because it was the only one we could find with a balcony.

The room wasn't clean; the shower has moll; walls are crumbling; the heater (AC) was disfunctional. There were stains on the walls. the staff took out one toilet paper roll from the room (very strange). The acoustics is terrible- i heard everything from the rooms Nerby, including phone notifications and yawning!!

Allround Clean but needs a little love. Very thin walls, heard our ”neighbour” sing Eros Ramasotti all night. ^^ bed was fine and good amount of plug sockets. Good neighbourhood, close to most of the touristy things. Friendly restaurants around on the street.

Location is excellent between Spanish steps and trevi fountain. You can walk everywhere even to Vatican. Rooms basic but fine . We had a superior room with a balcony which was great . Staff are lovely and I would stay here again . Great restaurants near and no negatives

SCAMMED by the hotel

I’ve had a reservation for the dates 23-28 August which was FULLY PAID BY ME IN ADVANCE to an agency. On 20th of August (end of the last working day before my trip) the hotel decided to cancel my reservation without giving me any explanation why it is cancelled. They offered me other hotels for the same price I paid but in worse location. I had to look for hotels in the last minute when the prices were much higher. Up to this date I haven’t received my money back.
