Hotel Majestic Roma

Checkout staff are attentive. I had some issue on checkin but was promptly addressed and I moved my room. This hotel has a great outdoor terrace area and the guests lounge. Very central location with public transport at doorstep and plenty of eating shopping options. rooms are well set out and clean.

Great treat whilst in Rome, Just up on the corner down from Basils Bar and Opposite goes to Hard Rock and to the Spanish Steps etc, Rooms Clean, Cozy, 5 star all the way Service at reception perfect Bar great and welcoming same as restaurant all very nice staff and food was 5 star

If you wanna have a majestic experience here it is! You will never regret.. excellent location, perfect breakfast, very clean rooms, helpful staff 🥰 There was only negative thing for us that the room servicer got into the room without knocking the door or asking permission 😳🙈

The Hotel Majestic Roma offers all the charm and elegance that you’d hope for, but it certainly doesn’t feel its age. There are pleasant public spaces, including the lounge with all those celebrity guest photos, and a pleasant terrace that is ideal for an evening cocktail. The location is superb, on a safe street that’s only three minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the choice within a ten minute walk is huge. Staff were uniformly polite, helpful and welcoming. Everything was immaculate and there were nice touches like a turndown of the bed each evening. It’s not a budget option, and drinks and minibar items are pricey. However, there are some good deals on various websites that make it much more affordable. Recommended, if you can find a good deal.

In a world which so often seems to progress backwards, it is reassuring to find an oasis of excellence where tradition still endures and is only enhanced by modernity. Such a treasure is the HOTEL MAJESTIC, Via Veneto, Rome. This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. From the warm and smiling professional who opens your car door on arrival, ushering you into the classically beautiful and elegant foyer, you know this is 5 star with heart and none of the attitude. Polished, efficient, warm check-in followed and hence on to a fabulous junior suite overlooking mythical Via Veneto. When you settle in, however, be sure to make time to examine the black and white photographs along the corridors, depicting iconic Italian stars and bearing testimony to the rich tradition of this splendid hotel which was inaugurated in 1889, the first on Via Veneto at the time. This photographic collection is displayed on all floors, serving as a veritable historical document about this magnificent hotel. This sort of collection, both for its content and professional presentation, is more usually only found within a museum as a special/one-off event. As for the hotel, the history may be pedigree; the elegance may be classic; but it is no 'museum' of old anything since you will want for nothing in terms of modern comforts and there is nothing remotely stuffy about the warmth and efficiency of all its staff. The gorgeously decorated and appointed suite itself is very spacious, storage space is ample and thoughtfully planned. The bathroom is large, comfortable well supplied with all the fluffy white towels etc you would expect in a hotel of this category. Moreover, every switch, every tap, everything works perfectly. And nothing leaks. Little things which sometimes happen in the best places. Not here. Last year's stay was just as perfect in this regard, by the way. If you can stand to leave your piece of heavenly hospitality, you will want to explore the Eternal City. You are in a wonderful location from which you can easily walk to the Spanish Steps, high end shopping, and the stupendous Trevi fountain. Map is attached for easy reference. When you finally return to the hotel, blissful sleep is assured as the bed is supremely comfortable, air-conditioning again works perfectly assuring guests' absolute comfort. They say you should breakfast like a king. Well, you've come to the right place! First, a word about the sumptuous dining room. Elegant without being overdone, as only the Italians know how with style hardwired into their DNA. In warmer weather, you can sit out on the terrace over Via Veneto and really feel like Fellini's muse. In fact, this august hotel was indeed used by Fellini in “La Dolce Vita”. We visited in January and the dining room was cosy indeed. To say this is a 'buffet' is like saying that Armani makes jackets. Varied and abundant with everything anyone could possibly want, everything on offer at the peak of perfection. Staff is professional and have the knack of anticipating your every need yet without hovering. With all the attributes the MAJESTIC boasts, all of the ways it is a cut above many other 5 star excellent hotels, where it really leaves so many others in its wake is when it comes to the staff. Hospitality is an art. To deliver faultless efficient service while making guests feel special and cherished is a very special talent. One which every member of staff we encountered, led no doubt by their charismatic manager, has in spades.
