Very good hotel, excellent location
The Reception area and staff were very welcoming, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well laid out and plentiful, dining area socially distanced. There were hand sanitiser stations in reception and coffee lounge, outside lifts and dining room. All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to most of the major sights, metro station, shops and cafes
Good hotel in excellent location
Hotel had amazing location, everything was walking distance. All staff were very friendly and polite and definitely deserve 5 stars for their customer service skills. Room was spacious with big terrace and everything was very clean. The only reason i am not giving 5 stars is because bed was very hard and uncomfortable, we had king size bed which was 2 single beds pushed together and there was no mattress protector on top of them. Breakfast was ok for the price we paid but unfortunately it was aways cold. But otherwise everything else was perfect.
Great location but poor control on facemasks
We really enjoyed the hotel's great location in the very centre or Rome and its spacious rooms. The staff was nice. However, I have noticed quite a few guests, sometimes entire families, hanging out in public spaces, public toilet, reception and elevators without wearing the facemask for Covid-19 prevention (mandatory inside the hotel, as recalled by several signs). I have noticed that, even when they saw the transgressors,the hotel staff did nothing. Thay is not okay, and I am sorry but it lowered my impression of an otherwise very nice hotel.
Nice hotel
We stayed there for 3 nights with kids. Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff, good price& service. All the historical places near by walk. One minus - breakfast might be good, for this price. Around a lot of caffe and bars to have a lunch or dinner. Recommend this hotel.
Excellent
I had a 3 night stay to enjoy Rome and was very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Rome. The hotel is very clean throughout, and my room was spacious with everything that I needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the sightseeing . I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel.
