Rugby Weekend
Stayed here for rugby and was not disappointed! Great location and the stadium easy to walk to and only a 5 minute walk to The Vatican. Some really good restaurants near by too. The apartments share a kitchen area where a continental selection is provided in the morning which was a nice touch. Would recommend
Great!
Our trip was quite short, but it was enough to visit almost all sightseeings, because of the good location of this B&B. Room, bathroom, breakfast, staff, wi-fi and everything else was great, we didn't have any problems. It was a nice experience.
Nice place
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean Rooms and good breakfast. Located in a quiet area, 10minute walk from the st-Peter basilica and the Vatican museum. 5minute walk to metro station Ottaviano. Will stay here again if we go back to Rome.
Bugs
I stayed here for 2 nights. The room and breakfast were both very basic, but okay. The room didn't have a little fridge or water boiler, but you are allowed to use the one in the breakfast area. The first night the air conditioner didn't work which was quite annoying since it was very warm. While being awake at night, we notice tons of little bugs (looking like tiny cockroaches) crawling around the bed, who disappeared in the morning. We mentioned it the next morning and the owner did fixe the air con but didn't do anything to get rid of the bugs though... He also cancelled our reservation from booking.com so that we couldn't leave a review. This is a nasty trick to only get positive reviews. The owner was a very friendly and helpful man though, so that shocked us a little bit.
Good value B&B
Decent B&B within walking distance of the Metro (5 minute walk) and the Vatican. Breakfast was basic but filled me up no problem. The room was very basic but did have air con which is always good in Rome, but some days we did run out of basic toiletries as no one had cleaned the room. Overall nothing worth writing home about but okay for what it is.
