Personal muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema que uno tenga. Otra cosa que me gustó es que a pesar de no llevar mascota es un hotel que las admite. Las habitaciones las califiqué promedio ya que están un poco desactualizadas , pero es muy cómodo y se duerme muy tranquilo casi sin ruido.

Pasamos dos dias contentos y felices, celebrando una reunión especial, que congregó un importante numero de nuestra familia. Fuimos atendidos con mucha cordialidad, el personal siempre atento a nuestras solicitudes y disfrutamos los espacios del hotel.

Cómodo, buen gimnasio, buen servicio al cuarto. Algunos empleados muy amables y otros demasiado indiferentes y poco efectivos. Me parece que no encontré términos medios con respecto a este ítem. Deben mejorar las opciones de alimentos para el desayuno y ampliar la cobertura de su servicio de shuttle.

We stayed in early December. The temperature was cool outside, and rainy, but that was expected. Pros: - Down the hill from the hotel, there were several stores and restaurants. The Mexican restaurant was very good. We didn't go back for the live band that night. - The people at the front desk were the best you'll ever find; friendly, responsive, fixed problems, they have it all. Thank you, Marilyn. - Coffee was very tasty. Cons: - First room was hot even with the thermostat at 65F; had a hard time sleeping that night. Turns out not all the rooms still had A/C hooked up in the HVAC system. The front desk assisted in changing our room to one where we could truly set the room temperature. - The lobby, in contrast, was cold. Bring a sweater of jacket if you want to sit there. - The pool is large and outside, but not heated. It wasn't an option. - The bathrooms are very small. If you're on the toilet and someone opens the door, you'll be on the floor. - No housekeeping service unless you request it a day ahead of time. This seems to be a Hilton MO these days as we found the same thing on the west coast. - No complimentary breakfast. The breakfast buffet was $17/person.

1. Room had a very bad smell. 2. Shower in the bathroom was constantly dripping wayer. 3. Digitally chosen 24 hours in advance room was not available upon arrival. 4. Bed sheets had blood stains next morning.
