First impression is quite bad. You enter the reception and it smells of feces (probably because there is a toilet just beside the reception). The reception itself does not have the standard of a four star. It's rather dark and small, not inviting to sit, in a corner some 24-hour-machines. My room (double waterview) was okay, but I have seen better four stars. According to the pictures on the website you expect ALOT more.... Windows very dirty (maybe because of the wind and the seawater). – But everything else: exycellent. Staff excellent and professional. Excellent breakfast. Sleep excellent. Room very clean.

Good, but higher expectation given the price

We had a room on one of the top floors with an amazing view. Even though the room was clean and looked nice, we expected more from Inntel hotels. For example, there was only instant coffee and two small paper cups. Furthermore, the bathroom smelled like smoke, indicating that people on the same floor were smoking even though that is not allowed. Lastly, the pool area is very small and not clean. There was a weird smell, and the two available showers had very little power, making it hard to take a good shower. Also all soap dispensers in the pool area were empty or broken. The breakfast was of good quality, but also for that you need pay a high price.

Great room, with a view. Breakfast is extensive. It's located in the middle of Rotterdam, so you can walk everywhere. I would recommend it to friends and family, because of the view en the breakfast. Definitely coming back here.

Prijzig voor waardeloos hotel

We booked a junior suite with a nice view to the Erasmus Bridge. But basically this was the only possitive thing I could say about this hotel. They charge you a lot for terrible rooms and facilities. The interior is old and very outdated. The refrigrator in room is empty, no parking place (you park outside in public parking area). food is not that good and drinks ordering takes long time before you receive it in your rooms. I would never go back and especially since they are asking such high prices for a terrible hotel (they think that with the nice view they dont have to spend time on other facilities in the hotel.

We took the Panorama Suit for a short trip to Rotterdam. First of all the city is gorgeous. Also the Panorama suit matches the expectation. Really great view, especially in golden hour and night. The bed was also really good. But you see that everything is a bit worn out, a bit old. At least in this room. It seems like some floors were already restored. I assume that with a "normal" room like this i would not give it a four star. Basically these are the downsides: room furniture and Bath was noticable worn out a bit. Sauna was in a good condition, also the whirlpool. Spa area was nice in general but quite full, loud and not cozy enough to be really enjoable. However, what was excellent was the staff. Not matter if it was the reception, roomservice or breakfast service. All people were exeptional nice and helpful. Overall i really enjoyed the stay. I would recommend the panorama view room. For a normal stay i would ask either if there are newer rooms or go to the 5Star sister in the same building.
