Un hotel espléndido en un lugar increíble y con una excelente atención. El baño no era especialmente moderno, pero grande y cómodo. La habitación era impresionante bien decorada y con lindos muebles además de escrupulosamente limpia. El SPA es bueno con una gran pileta climatizada. Comimos en el restaurante y la experiencia fue muy buena también. Un excelente hotel para visitar.

El hotel está en un entorno excepcional pero fue muy decepcionante el mal estado de las habitaciones. Estuvimos en una habitación deluxe (concretamente la número 2) a un precio de 475 €, equivalente a un hotel de lujo. Sinceramente esta habitación no llega a corresponder a un hotel de 3 estrellas (decoración, muebles, colchón, ducha, ...) con una terraza acristalada anexa sin ningún confort y que en invierno no puede usarse por el frío. En definitiva, este hotel necesita una reforma urgente y no entiendo como mantiene la consideración de 5 estrellas. Como contraste, la cena en el restaurante fue magnífica y el desayuno inmejorable.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed Chateau d’Isenbourg! The location with a view of the vineyards and the old chateau gave a good first impression! The service was very good and easy on a good personal level! The food however was something really amazing and once paired with the lovely wines from the region there was not much more to ask for basically!

Again, we had a wonderful time at the chateau d’Isenbourg, We went for a short break of 2 days at the chateau just before Xmas. The tasting menu at the Les Tommeries restaurant was a nice experience. As always, the staff is very friendly. There could have been a little bit more Xmas decorations around the chateau. Looking forward to our 2023 visit.

The pictures are a bit on the over-promising side. The place was quite rundown, so the charme of the old building did not translate. The rooms were small and dark, not very inviting to spend time and relax there. Unfortunately the spa was quite small as well, barely fitting three persons in the sauna. The place is located on a small hill with vinyards on one side and the small village on the other. Unfortunately, neither are very attractive compared to other places in alsass. This would be OK if the Hotel&Spa were a nice place to spend time. For a much cheaper price, all of the above could be taken as a compromise, but priced at a luxury rate, it simply does not hold up to expectations.
